SYNOPSIS An artistic, frustrated pre-teen discovers that the graffiti dog he painted with a found can of what he thought was spray-paint, has come to life in the form of an ultra-intelligent super-dog made of nanobots. But now both of them are being hunted by a the most dangerous criminal in the city, who will stop at nothing to get this newest technology in his grasp.

Main Characters
MAX 11-years-old protagonist. Ignored at home, bullied at school, he stays away from the girl he likes, because she’s “out of his league”. Always drawing in his sketchbook, he lives in two worlds, substituting his real life defeats with comic character fantasy victories. His favorite
character is robo-dog Foxter. Max has drawn many crazy adventures with him. After meeting Foxter in real life, Max goes through transformation, rises above his fears to become the hero he’s only drawn about, as he defeats dangerous criminal and saves the girl he loves.
FOXTER Protective and mischievous, in Max’s fantasies super-robo-dog Foxter helps him to defeat all enemies. When Max paints him under the bridge with experimental nano-material he confuses with a spray-paint, Foxter comes to life as the robot with self-learning AI. He consists of
thousands of nanobots, able to transform into anything, depending on user. In the hands of the kid it may become a toy. In the hands of the criminal — the most dangerous weapon ever. In the course of the story Foxter learns love, care, and sacrifice.
ALEX Elon Musk and Marie Curie together, Alex is the head engineer of Gearz Robotics Inc. She created one of the ultimate desires of humanity — materializer. The mass of nano-bots able to transform into anything one wishes. Her invention is worth billions. But she's not in it for the
money. She wants to win over deathly diseases, using the tech to reconstruct damaged cells inside human body. To make bots able to read user's thoughts, Alex programs them with her AI prototype. When the nanobots are stolen and lost, she is determined to get them back.
MYRON After father’s death, Myron is left in charge of a criminal empire, but he is not smart enough to rule it. He tends to rule his problems with brute force. Under his leadership the “family business” is failing, and Myron is losing money and respect. Main mafia boss gives him an
ultimatum — one more mistake and game’s over for Myron. He tries to steal these nano-bots to put revenge on everyone and rule the city. When the nano-tech ends up in Max’s hands, he will fight to get it at any cost.
Director’s Note THE POWER OF ADVENTURE Pre-teen years can be rough. Parents seem uncomprehending. School seems to be a source of rather traumatic experience. Kids may lose confidence, feeling of being loved. With our film, we want to show it’s just a period, when kids have to rise above their fears and become a better version of themselves. Even if not every kid will get the cutting-edge nano-tech, clever enough to identify and solve your problems, all it takes is the right friend and a little adventure.
MAJOR STORY ELEMENTS “Foxter” is packed with the elements that will fascinate young audience: street art, comic art, spy gadgets... Scenes of ‘Mission Impossible’ style break-in, crafty parkour escape, breathtaking car chase will entertain viewers throughout the film. To engage parents, we are bringing up the subjects of work–life balance, and cutting-edge technologies, like AI trying to learn the human feelings.
