They, along with their highly qualified team of skilled builders, professional consultants, project designers and trained quality control personnel work together to deliver thoughtful, innovative designs with meticulous craftsmanship and quality materials, on time and to your complete satisfaction.

Sara Haley

SARA HALEY Partner & Co-founder

Working with each project from the initial site visit through project completion, Sara uses her experience in architectural work and construction to bring a project from concept to fruition. Sara not only collaborates with clients to develop costs and scope, but also leads our team to deliver every detail of the home. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University and 15 + years working in the fields of architecture and construction, she brings experience and knowledge to every project. Before co-founding H&H, Sara served as the General Manager for a multimillion-dollar Commercial Construction firm in Sulphur Springs, XLNT Contracting. In this role, she was responsible for all aspects of the business including, client relations, sales, managing the estimating and project management departments, and all office development including personnel. Prior to XLNT, Sara was a Partner of a high end residential new construction and remodeling firm in Dallas, Bella Vista Company, for seven years, managing and responsible for all aspects of business operations and sales. Earlier in her career, Sara served as the Assistant Vice President of Facilities and Planning for Howard Payne University, and as a Construction Project Manager for Waldrop Construction.

TERRI HANEY Partner & Co-founder

As the co-founder and CFO of H&H Properties, Terri is responsible for the financial functions including accounting, corporate finance investor relations and human resources. Her career spans more than 30 years of varied experience from advanced mathematic education to leadership in administration. Terri also serves as a creative designer helping clients with material selection. Terri has helped transform spaces by coordinating architectural details to maintain continuity with the full interior concept. Skilled at creating beautiful designs under a variety of budgets, styles, times frames, and requirements, Terri guides the team through every phase of the design process. Terri has a Bachelors of Education from Baylor University and a Master of Science from Texas A&M Commerce.

CASEY COX Director of Construction

Leading the construction team to deliver each newly designed home, Casey utilizes his 20 + year background in management to keep the projects on track from start to finish. From customer relations to assisting the project managers, his job is to make sure the project scope is accurate and understood by both the homeowners and H&H, in order to keep our relationships running smoothly. Casey received his bachelor's degree from Sam Houston

State University. Before joining H&H Properties. Casey was the Construction Manager for XLNT Contracting LLC and oversaw the entire team of Field Superintendents and the production of 30+ million dollars of work annually Casey also served as a Partner of Construction at Bella Vista Company in Dallas building high end residential projects. Over the years, Casey served in many customer service capacities, including managing the facilities department at Howard Payne University and owning a business.

JOE HALEY Construction Manager

KEVIN CAMPBELL Estimator

Working with our design team, clients and construction managers, Kevin creates each client’s scope of work with detailed descriptions, specifications, and accurate costs. Understanding costs of labor, materials, and time requirements to be able to compute the overall cost of the project, he immerses himself in each project plans and construction documents.Kevin evaluates all purchase orders and construction estimates to ensure that each project is bought out accurately to increase the efficiency of our construction team. In his

Managing each home in the construction phase, Joe works to direct and monitor each step of the projects. Overseeing the scheduling, delivery & use of materials, the quality of workmanship, and coordination with design team to ensure that every detail is executed as planned. Joe works with each trades person to ensure every job is safe, clean, and compliant to local building codes. Joe graduated with his bachelor’s degree from Howard Payne University in 2013, Sting ‘Em! He enjoys hunting, fishing, and any time he can spend on his farm with his wife and their 5 children. role, he also continually works to improve trade relationships and develops key new vendor relationships. Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters, especially on the softball field!

Stacy Foley Office Manager

As our Office Manager, Stacy coordinates with the clients to schedule appointments with the team, and provides proactive, high level administrative support for each project. Additionally in her role, she works as a community liaison, searching for exciting ways that H&H can be involved with community events and works to develop and manage a marketing program that will continue to support our neighborhood and overall share the heart of our company with more people As a Greenville native, Stacy has a heart for this community and loves every opportunity to spend with her two adult children here at home.

Candy Bonilla with Keller Williams Realty Dallas Preston Road, is our Real Estate advisor and listing agent. Acting as the first point of contact for any questions on our listings. Candy will coordinate pre-contract meetings with the H&H design team, collaborating with the title company and lender(if applicable) throughout the build to help ensure a smooth transaction through closing.

Amanda Pomroy and Secured Title of Texas is our title company that will handle all title details and closing. Closing will be in your new home, or we can accommodate a remote closing to better serve you. Secured Title of Texas has been providing the most timely and comprehensive Title and Closing Services since 1947. Secured Title has the experience and knowledge to be Texas premier providers of Title and Closing services.
