Loaves and Fishes, in partnership with the Collins Law Firm of Naperville, will offer free on-site legal consultations to limited-income families who need assistance. Consultation sessions are available on Friday, November 2 and November 16, from 9am - 11am at Loaves & Fishes. Appointments are required.

Computer Classes Learn to use a computer no matter what your skill level.

These free classes, sponsored by the People’s Resource Center, teach computer and internet fundamentals.

Classes are held at Loaves & Fishes on Thursday evenings, from 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm, and on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m.Students who complete the classes will receive a free computer. Attendance is limited.

• Illinois Supplemental Nutrition Assistance program (SNAP) Submit your application online for additional food for your family. Benefits are provided on the Link Card, an electronic card that can be used at most grocery stores.

This assistance program helps eligible households pay winter gas or electric bills. Documents must be made available during the appointment.

• Medical Care (Access DuPage) Access DuPage provides medical care to DuPage residents with no health insurance. Make an appointment to fill out an application at reception.
