2023 was another significant year in our journey at PropertyGuru Group. Last year we completed 16 years since our inception in 2007. Over time we evolved from a property classifieds portal to Southeast Asia’s leading Proptech company. In early 2023, we unveiled our new vision for the Group:

The Asia Property Awards also spotlight the successes of extraordinary individuals, from established Real Estate Personalities to Rising Stars.

The winners of the 8th Annual PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards, supported by sponsors CBRE Cambodia, Dewan Architects and Engineers, and SALTO Systems, were unveiled 18 August 2023 at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.
OCIC Group won Best Developer for the first time ever while its project Diamond Bay Garden won two accolades, including Best Condo Development (Cambodia). Siha Property Co., Ltd was named Best Boutique Developer while its project Siha Residence won four awards, including Best Housing Development (Cambodia).
Marum Estate, a project by Sir Stamford Raffles (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., also won four awards. Canopy Sands Development garnered three awards for its project Bay of Lights.
Other award-winning projects include Angkor Sereymongkol; Apsor Mera; Dragon Land 598; La Maison Plaza; Maline Office; Mean Chey Avenue; The Garden Residency 2; and Vong Residence.

The brilliant winners of the 18th Annual PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final, presented by Kohler and supported by Dongpeng Ceramic and Subzero Wolf, converged at The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok on 8 December 2023.
Winners from 13 vibrant property markets across Asia Pacific competed for the highest marks of excellence at the finale of the 2023 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series.
GuocoLand won the biggest title of the year, Best Developer (Asia), for the third time in the history of the Awards. It marks one of five regional wins for developers from Singapore.
Developers from Indonesia gained eight regional wins, the most of any country, led by PT Sinar Mitbana Mas which garnered the Best Breakthrough Developer (Asia) title.
Dr. Allan Zeman, founder and chairman of Lan Kwai Fong Group, accepted the Icon Award from the editorial team of Property Report by PropertyGuru, the official magazine.
