Binamızın 1.ana kısmı zemin katta hertürlü ticari faliyete hizmet verecek şekilde, dört değişik ölçüde altı adet sendeli dükkkandan oluşmaktadır. Dükkanlar otopark ile direk bağlantılıdır. Üst katlarda 5 değişik büyüklükte ve şekillerde 33 adet konut bulunmaktadır. Bunlardan 16 tanesi ofis veya konut olarak kullanım olanağı sağlayan ve tamamı dağ manzaralı olan 2+1 dairelerden oluşmaktadır.

Banka binasının bodrum katında mutfak, wc, ana kasa odası, müşteri kiralık kasaları ve depodan oluşmaktadır. Üstte 1., 2. ve 3. katlarda banka işlemleri yapılmaktadır. Binamızın 3. kısmı tamamen otopark olarak ayrılmıştır. Otopark iki katlıdır. Konutlar için ayrılan bölüm tamamen kapalı otopark olarak tasarlanmış olup ve girişçıkışları tali yoldan yapılmaktadır. I
f you talk to an ex-pat living in North Cyprus the usual topics of conversation are the weather and their property, normally in that order. Most people love the weather here, the ‘swallows ‘ stay here for the cooler months, preferring to visit their homes and family in cooler climates or take their holidays in the height and depths of the seasons in North Cyprus. The hardened expatriate community stay and try to find cool spots to avoid the midday heat and the humidity during the summer months, finding solace in a cool pool in the shade and then try to find warmth in the cooler, wetter months of December and January. This is what the transient; expatriate community came to North Cyprus to find. Good weather, a slower pace of life, value for money, quiet time for relaxation and spending quality time with family and friends. The majority of expatriates who bought their properties on this Mediterranean island enjoy such a life; but when things go wrong, they go wrong with a bang. High profile court cases have highlighted such problems, with builders and developers failing to fulfil their obligations and then the recourse not being sufficient to protect the usually innocent purchasers who have invested a large amount, if not all, of their life savings in their retirement plan. Their dream holiday or retirement home in the sun suddenly becomes a nightmare, often resulting in them having no option other than to return home with a much reduced bank balance and no house in the Mediterranean to enjoy. This also impacts on the large majority of highly respected and diligent developers and builders who deliver exactly what their client wanted and within the price agreed, as these cases are often not discussed, devaluing the existing properties with harmful media coverage.

Mahkemede verilen kararlar vatandaşları, etkilese de, yabancılar başka seçenekleri olmadığı için daha çok etkileniyor.

ıbrıs’ta yaşayan emekli bir ingiliz polisi veya ordu görevlisi ile konuşursanız, öncelikle konuşacağınız konu; hava durumu, sonrasında ise sahip olduğu ev, arsa yani mülkiyet gibi konular olurdu. Herkes Kıbrıs’ın havasını sever, kuşlar bile kış aylarında göç etmez. Gelenlerin çoğu, aile ziyaretlerini serin mevsimlerde yapıp, çoğu zamanını adamızda geçirmeyi tercih ediyor. Tatile çıkmayıp buralarda kalanlar, yaz sıcakları boyunca serin bir gölge, soğuk bir havuz, Aralık ve Ocak gibi kış ayları boyuca ise sıcak bir ortam arıyor. Genellikle emekli ingiliz polis veya ordu görevlilerinin aradığı da budur; güzel iklim, sakin hayat, paranın değer kaybetmemesi, sükunet, rahatlık ve aile ile güzel zaman geçirmek. Güzel adamızdan mülk alanlar böyle hayatlar yaşıyor, fakat bir aksilik oldu mu, büyük sorunlara neden oluyor. Yüksek mahkeme davalarında, inşaat çalışanları ve şirketlerinin sözlerine uymadıkları defalarca görülmüştür.
