Toma Baťić Toma Basic plays in different positions within the midfield but he has mostly played in more advanced areas in this phase. In Hajduk he seems to be asserting himself to be more of a playmaker who tends to deflect from the flank seeking the interior despite being a winger in the paper. He presents a very interesting technique and he also stands out for his good ability playing with both feet. He can drop deep to receive (the ball), making use of his passing ability so he can quickly make the ball change flanks. In more advanced areas he seeks to deflect to the center and apply his mid distance, which is one of his greatest abilities. It is also needed to point his great quality in set pieces and his unusual height for a winger. He is 189cm tall.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Toma Baťić However not everything is excellent in this Croatian's game who needs to work on certain aspects. He is a fairly slow player without great explosion ability, also being quite inconstant. In certain moments of the game he hides from the match and demonstrates to be unfocused when reading the game. He is a complete player who can take different roles in the midfield. This multifunctionality is always interesting for a coach. He would have difficulties playing in a two man midfield and seems to be asserting himself to definitely play in more advanced areas of the pitch.

Fran KaraÄ?ić Fran Karacic only plays as a full back and could be prepared to eventually play as a right midfielder. He is a player with great endurance. He also stands out for also being a fast player, but not very technically evolved and his crossing are not his strong suit at all. It is also fair to point his ability in the headers, scoring his goals mostly out of set pieces. Despite not being a tall player (180cm), Karacic appears to have a good reading of the ball movement. We can estimate from this aspect that he is a player always focused on his coach's instructions during the match preparation.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Fran KaraÄ?ić Defensively he still has to work on some aspects. He needs to work on his positioning and his direct opposition marking abilities. Due to being a fairly fast player he can most of the times fix his mistakes and regain position. He could eventually play in a 3 man defence system to play as a right midfielder, covering the entire flank. He will always be a full back with a more offensive mentality.

Petar BoÄ?kaj Petar Bockaj is one of the wingers who have been starlets in the croatian league. This NK Osijek player can play on both wings but he has mostly been playing on the right side. Technically he is very interesting and has a good dribbling ability, even when he is being tightly marked. He also stands out for crossing very well and he is responsible for the set pieces of his team, where he stands out more in the free kicks. This croatian has in there one of his specialties and this season he stood out scoring the only goal in Osijek's home win against PSV in a free kick.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Petar BoÄ?kaj He is a player who also stands out for seeking interior spaces deflecting from the right flank with the ball on his feet looking for space to apply his mid distance or to try giving the ball to the forwards. He is not a typical winger who makes use of this quickness as his biggest weapon, but he is not exactly slow as well. He has a few difficulties in using his non dominant foot (right). His passing and first touch game also need improvements.

Aleksandar Lutovac Aleksandar Lutovac is one of the breakthrough players in the serbian league. This young Rad Beograd winger is starting to demonstrate quality for more than his current formation and offensively he is a very interesting player. Despite being a winger on paper, Lutovac is more an interior forward, who deflects from one of the flanks seeking the area. He has a good goal oriented positioning, appearing many times in the box and he is an excellent finisher, even in 1x1 situations with the goalkeeper, not feeling any pressure from the moment. He is a quick and explosive player who can receive and control the ball to make deadly crosses or he can perform a front oriented reception immediately seeking a shot.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Aleksandar Lutovac Offensively very interesting and above all a very versatile player in this chapter. He can play on the wings but also can play has a forward, looking to receive in open spaces due to his quickness and off the ball game. His weak points are his heading game, something normal for his height (175cm). Followed then by cognitive problems, like his concentration and game reading especially in defensive situations. Lutovac his an attacking player and it is completely understandable to show defensive weaknesses.

Marko Janković Marko Jankovic his one the figureheads of the current serbian champion, Partizan. The young Montenegrin is technically one of the more evolved players in the serbian league and owns a left foot to give jealousy to many others. He has a very good ball control, the ball looks to be glued to his left foot. He can be one of those players who are faster with the ball than without it. He has an excellent game vision and an above average passing ability, always putting the ball perfectly on his teammates. He is a tremendously unpredictable player who can create a lot of difficulties to his markers due to his technical abilities. It is also fair to point out his crossing ability. He is also one of the responsible players for the corner kicks in Partizan.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Marko Janković Also, to highlight his aggressiveness when losing the ball in more advanced areas of the pitch, seeking for a turnover. His weak points are more related to his physical condition, since he is not a player who can maintain a great intensity between defense and attack. One characteristic connected to players with a more technician profile. The aerial game is his greatest weakness but one can not ask him to be a specialist in this chapter with only 172cm of height.

Miroslav Bogosavac Miroslav Bogosavac is the current left full back from the U21 serbian national team and Cukaricki. This full back was developed in Partizan and managed to play a few games for the current serbian champion. Miroslav Bogosavac has been one of the undisputed in Cukaricki and it is not to marvel upon him to jump in his career soon. He stands out for his quickness and excellent tackling timing. He also has an interesting positional sense and does not fear 1x1 situations. He stands out for playing simple, not complicating even though he has some technical ability and also progresses occasionally with the ball, looking to get to more advanced areas. He is a full back that seeks to enter in more interior areas looking to connect the last pass into space, for the strikers.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Miroslav Bogosavac The aerial game his one of his weakest points, a little bit due to his height (176cm). In the offensive chapter, he needs to improve his crossing ability, being one of his weak suits. His non dominant foot (right), is also one of his weaknesses. It does not stop being odd his termination on Partizan's behalf due to his quality and potential.

Cristian Ganea Cristian Ganea was one of the surprises from the current romanian champion, Viitorul Constanta. The left full back stands out for being a very complete player, being competent in the defence, despite being a more offensive full back. He has a very good tackling timing and uses his quickness in his favor during defensive situations. Technically he is very interesting and uses it to his advantage in offensive areas, just like with his crossing ability. He possesses a good long range shot and also stands out for his direct free kick taking, having scored a few goals in that situation. He does not have a problem to start playing from the back and usually tries to dribble his opponent. When the opportunity presents itself, he tries to use his passing ability to send balls to the back of the defence and exploit his colleague forward's movement.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Cristian Ganea Like mentioned before, due to the fact that he is very complete he does not stand out negatively speaking in many aspects. He has a common characteristic in smaller and offensive full backs, which is his weak aerial game and he could also improve his positioning. As a result from his tackling timing and quickness he can cancel a few plays, but by being better positioned some times he could resolve them more easily.

Dragos Nedelcu Dragos Nedelcu was one of the other surprises from the current romanian champion, Viitorul Constanta. Meanwhile, the defensive midfielder has already been transferred to Steaua for a fair amount of 1,50 M â‚Ź. The young romanian is a midfielder full of potential and is not a typical number 6 who limits himself to defend and to destroy plays. Defensively is his very interesting, with good reading of the plays using his body to control the situation and to tackle the opponent. He has a good long passing ability but also does not have a problem to disrupt from position and play. He can disrupt lines and has a good ability roaming with the ball controlled as a result from some technical ability. Looking to his stature, he seems to be slow, but it is not true, he could be considered a "false slow" player. Dragos Nedelcu is a player for a big team, even if he plays as a center back, he has criteria when puts the ball upfront and looks to go out and play in support. Also fair to highlight his mid distance. /proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Dragos Nedelcu Steaua found a bargain and due to the position he plays on it is hard to find weak points. He needs to improve his unpredictability, but that is not a priority characteristic for a number 6. Above everything, he needs to have game time to continue to evolve specially in european competitions where the level is more demanding.

Valentin Costache Valentin Costache is another breaktrough romanian talent and is evaluated in 100.000 â‚Ź by Transfermarkt, however, he seems to have already an agreement with Cluj for a 2018 move. Costache affirmed himself this year in Dinamo Bucuresti and has 16 games played, with 3 goals scored. This young winger is very quick and technically evolved, also being fairly unpredictable. On paper he plays in the touchline but he likes to appear in more interior spaces and looks for the box. This season he has 5 assists being better in the decision making and passing chapter. Also fair to stand out his off the ball game and his movements to receive it.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Valentin Costache He is still very green for other stages but the potential is very present. He dazzles a bit with the ball and tries to go for the individual duel when at times he has better options. In short, the qualities are there, but he needs to play at a higher competitive level to keep evolving. He will always be a more technical player and focused on creating unbalances, having difficulties in physical duels and long aerial balls directed to him.

Diadié Samassékou Diadié Samassékou is one of the figureheads of the austrian champion, Red Bull Salzburg. The malian plays in the center of the pitch and essentially stands out for his passing quality and first touch. He also shows a good game vision when he finds open spaces. He has good ball control and in the defensive chapter he stands out for his tackle quality. He is known for his criteria with the ball and seeks for near support to pass the ball, and if the opportunity presents, he then sends the ball in depth. Strong anticipation, predicting the opponents idea and falling on top of the opponent to recover the ball. Samassékou has a good short dribbling ability and occasionally he plays 'one-twos' to accelerate the game's rhythm, always looking to receive the ball upfront.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

DiadiĂŠ SamassĂŠkou He is not the type of midfielder who can by himself get the ball and disrupt lines due to his physical and duel ability. He is explosive in the acceleration and has some quickness, but he looks for more supported plays where he tries to be the playmaker. He needs to improve his game positioning and his aerial game is not his strong suit.

Takumi Minamino Takumi Minamino is one of Red Bull Salzburg's surprises, club he represents since 2014/2015. The japanese forward is not one of the undisputed in the austrian formation but he can be described as a "luxurious substitute". He stands out for his quickness and his dribbling ability. Minamino is an extremely unpredictable player and even with the ball controlled, he can easily "gear up" leaving the direct opposition in trouble, looking to win space to try a cross or even a crossed shot. He is a fairly agile player and also stands out for having a good reception and delivery of the ball. Despite having an interesting number of goals for Red Bull Salzburg, the youngster from Osaka can improve his finishing ability, failing to score sometimes in easy goal situations. He also needs to improve on his decision making and concentration, drifting away a lot sometimes from the match. /proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Takumi Minamino He is not a constant player and maybe that is the reason why he cannot be a starter. A technician normally is weak in aerial and body duels and Minamino does not run from this rule, something that it is not a priority to improve since he can potentially lose his main weapons in case he does it, but jumping to a more competitive league, this can be his "Achilles' heel".

Louis Schaub Louis Schaub is one the biggest values of the austrian league and stands out for playing in a position in danger of extinction in modern football, the number 10. The offensive midfielder was born in Germany, but it is for Austria he plays being already in the main national team squad. This Rapid Wien's player stands out for his excellent technical ability, he is a fairly refined player in this chapter and with more or less difficulty he can deceive his direct opposition. In the passing chapter he is also an above average player and joins that ability with a good game vision and good decision making. It is fair to also highlight his off the ball ability, looking for spaces with quality opening them for his teammates. He is a player with some quickness and also stands out in the crossing chapter, having 6 assists this season. He can also play as a winger but he always shows more will to explore the interior space. /proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Louis Schaub He demonstrates weakness in the tackling chapter and has lack of aggression when losing the ball, hiding from the duels for the ball. The aerial game is also not one of his strong suits and could improve his mid distance, despite having already a few goals from outside the box.

Gustavo Culma Gustavo Culma is one of the good young values in the bulgarian league. This colombian youngster plays in the flanks and is essentially an unbalance. He stands out for being a fast and explosive player in acceleration, also being very agile. Technically he is very interesting and does not have a problem at all to have the ball, looking to release it always with criteria. His mid distance is also a factor to be accounted for and that plays in his favor. In the finishing chapter he also shows some criteria, proof of that is the 7 goals in 30 matches in the last season. He has interesting movements without the ball and tends to be a player who likes to play quicker. He looks for simple 'one-twos' with the objective of receiving it upfront.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Gustavo Culma He has a good game reading but needs to improve his passing quality. He percepts well where the ball might fall but tends to miss some key passes. He is poorly aggressive when losing the ball, not being a player with great offensive delivery. He needs to concentrate more during the matches and improve his game consistency. He needs to improve some aspects in the defensive chapter since once he jumps for a more competitive league he will have here his biggest flaw.

Kiril Despodov In CSKA Sofia also plays Kiril Despodov, one of the good values of the bulgarian football and is a regular presence in the bulgarian national youth teams. He plays on the flanks but he is a player who seeks interior areas. Often uses diagonal movements to receive balls on the back of the defenders being the off the ball game one of his weapons. He stands out for being extremely quick and agile managing to change speed with ease. Technically he is a very interesting player and shows to be very unpredictable, he can improvise something to liberate himself from his direct marker.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Kiril Despodov Due to his youth and inexperience, he still needs to improve in some chapters. In the finishing chapter he somewhat a spender. He needs to work more on the passing and first touch chapter. He needs to improve his decision making and being a more focused player during the match. The aerial game is one of his weaknesses. At the moment he is still a substitute player, despite being practically always utilized, these nuances referred above, are making him not be undisputed at the moment.

Yaya Meledje Yaya Meledje is an african on bulgarian soil, who is starting to show quality under Botev's service, team where he won a Bulgarian Supercup. This player from Ivory Coast, plays on the center of the pitch and is a midfielder with a "box-to-box" profile, however at the moment he is a player with a more defensive style. He shows a lot of delivery in the game, does not hide from the work he is subjected in his position. His main specialty at the moment is his resistance, having ability to keep a higher rhythm during long periods of time. In the final phase of the matches it is important to highlight his freshness comparing to the other players. We can say he has a good decision making, since he plays safer and when he takes risks, generally he is successful.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Yaya Meledje In the tackling and passing chapter he is already at an acceptable level but jumping to other levels he will always have to improve. His weaknesses are stuck at the aerial game and strength, having lack of ability in physical contacts. He also does not stand out for being quick, neither technically very evolved, making him to have difficulties progressing with the ball and trying to win some meters for the team. He is a simple and practical midfielder, but when worked, he can ascend to more interesting levels.

Ricardo Alves The portuguese Ricardo Alves is one of the figures of the Slovenian league. This midfielder plays for Olimpija Ljubljana, for whom he won the league one time. This season he started off strong and has already scored 6 goals just like 5 assists. The 24 year old midfielder is a very balanced player and has few weaknesses in his game. His main weapon is certainly the passing quality, that is joined by a good game vision. He is the one who takes all set pieces and is also competent in that area. In the defensive chapter he also stands out for his tackling quality and his good positioning knowing how to occupy space. As referred above he is very balanced and versatile, he has quality to play upfront just like in deeper areas.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

Ricardo Alves His weaknesses are his quickness and agility, however he seems to be improving on that chapter. However he is hardly a player capable of accelerating with the ball and create unbalances alone. He is also not an aggressive player, seeks more to dictate rhythms of the match and play with the ball, than to run after it and play with contact to tackle his opponent.

John Mary John Mary is NK Rudar's top scorer and one of the top scorers of the slovenian league, being last season the top scorer of the league, with 17 goals. This portentous cameroonian stands out essentially for his physical attributes, not being technically very showy. He is a fast player with a good acceleration power, does not have a problem to seek contact with the defenders and is relatively agile. In the finishing chapter he is an interesting player who does not miss clear goal chances. He also adds his aerial game to his arsenal, having great impulsion.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

/proscout_pt

John Mary He is not a technical prodigy and does not have unpredictability to try to fix complex 1x1 situations. He needs to improve in the passing chapter, being fairly weak in that chapter. His game vision is also poor and he is not a good decision maker, mainly in the final pass. He can occasionally deflect to the flanks and try to put a ball in the box for a midfielder to enter in that area, but he is fairly inconsequential in this aspect. His crossing ability is also poor. He is a target man and not very mobile.

Aleks Pihler Aleks Pihler is one of the figureheads of the slovenian champion Maribor. The center midfielder has a comfortable spot in Maribor's starting eleven and has already played in a european level, this year in the Champions League. Aleks Pihler has been showing potential for more than the slovenian league and soon might jump to a more competitive league. The midfielder stands out for his game vision and above average passing quality, managing to send the ball with precision, even in long variations. He shoots well from mid distance, crosses relatively well and usually has good decision making with the ball and without the ball. He also has some quickness and shows some agility.

/proscout.pt

geral@proscout.pt

Aleks Pihler On the other hand, he shows some weaknesses in the aerial game and is not very strong in the dribbling chapter. He needs to improve more aspects connected to the defensive chapter, like the disarms and positioning. Despite these weaknesses when defending, he shows some aggressiveness when he loses the ball and sometimes manages to recover it, due to a good play reading and consequently leaves in anticipation. He is a midfielder more directed to a more offensive game rather than defensive.
