PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
• A passion for sustainable development/ impact investing or similar.
• Significant experience (within the last 10 years) leading a company with demonstrable strategic drive.
• P&L responsibilities at CEO level, or, a
• Experience in operating with a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders and keeping them up to date on business performance and progress.
• Willing to do frequent international travel (global emerging/frontier markets and European countries).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to represent EA at the highest levels, globally.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
