What to expect in the next 9 months....

During the first trimester, new mothers can expect to experience symptoms such as fatigue, morning sickness, and mood swings. The baby's organs begin to develop, and the risk of miscarriage is highest during this period. The second trimester is often referred to as the "honeymoon" phase, as symptoms tend to lessen and the mother begins to feel the baby move. The baby's features become more defined, and gender may be determined through ultrasound. In the third trimester, the baby gains significant weight and the mother may experience symptoms such as swelling, back pain, and contractions. The baby's position in the womb is important during this time as it prepares for delivery. It is important for new mothers to attend prenatal appointments and communicate any concerns with their healthcare provider.

Prayer for

Mommy-to-be Dear God, Please bless this soon-to-be mother with a healthy and safe pregnancy. May she be filled with strength and comfort throughout this journey. May her body be a nurturing and protective space for the growing life within her. Please guide her towards healthy choices and surround her with love and support. May she feel your presence, and peace every step of the way.

Amen.
