Coach Cooley and his staff of professional educators teach basic fundamentals to advanced theory. The staff-student ratio ranges from 1:8 to 1:10. Teams are coached by college coaches, high school coaches, and college players. Each student plays on a team with players of his own age and ability. Students play at least half of every game. Students work on skills like ball handling, balance, defense, dribbling, rebounding, passing, and shooting. Students are taught conditioning exercises and drills used by college and pro players, as well as challenge and motivation techniques for the off-season. Special guests share their success secrets with students.
