Breaking New Ground Together
What have been some of the greatest achievements in your life? Chances are the milestones you met were made much greater because you were able to share them with those around you.
That’s a feeling that Tina Elmer knows very well.
As a REALTOR® with the Main Line McCann Team with Keller Williams, Tina cherishes the chance to break new ground with the team.
“We are a group of individuals who collectively decided we wanted more opportunity for growth,” Tina says.
“With that, we left our former brokerage before the fall of 2022 to partner with Mike McCann and his number one powerhouse brand.”
Putting the Pieces Together
Tina has been credited with bringing the group together, seeing that each member possessed entrepre neurial talent and the confidence to succeed.
“Each of us are vastly different with different tools at our disposal but we are all self-starters. I love how individual everyone still is,” Tina says. “No one does things the exact same way. It makes collabora tion exciting.”
Team Pride a work ethic that is unmatched. Morgan Sampson is hard-working, he has that sales swagger that allows him to sell ice to Eskimos but he’s also genuine and truly looks out for his clients,” Tina says.
Tina smiles as she shares her thoughts on each of the team members.
“Steve Bygrave is a salt-of-theearth guy and prides himself on helping people find the right opportunity that is best for them.”
Successful Skillset
For her part, Tina prides herself on her creative approach where she combines communication and her marketing background.
“It’s great to utilize each other for that balance. We love our community and feel blessed to be working alongside the top team in the region. We all have a common goal with clients at the center,” Tina says.
“We know how hard each stage of the process can be and that’s why we are here for them even long after closing. We love our city and all the amazing things and adventures to do, eat and feel. Philadelphia is like another member of our team because this city is filled with grit just like us.”
Getting Her Start
Tina began her real estate adventure 15 years ago. From the start, she found that the secret to success was leverage.
“Leverage other people’s knowledge to learn faster. Leverage others’ success to map a quicker way to the top. The more you collaborate, the quicker you can learn what you need to have real success,” Tina says.
“But you need to be self-sufficient enough to implement and adapt and I know that this team has those skills. But at the center of the business acumen, we all have the much-needed human element that keeps our clients at the center of everything we do, we do it with them in mind!”
Finding What’s Possible
Tina appreciates the environment of positivity that she experiences with the McCann Team.
“We have a great support staff that handles the paperwork, conveyancing, listing communications and more. This was huge for us. This frees us up to do what we do best which is be client-facing and out there on the street selling real estate,” she says.
“We work together through meetings. We also have a lot of team-organized lunches too. I like to celebrate our wins, big and small. There is camaraderie and we feel like family. There is healthy competition at times but we are all there to see each other grow and reach as much success as possible.”
Today, Tina also enjoys being able to grow and expand her role with the team. In fact, she serves as Growth Director — helping the team with operational and marketing strategy, as well as implementation.
As she looks to the future, she treasures having the opportunity to do what she loves with the people she enjoys … being able to break new ground with them.
“While Erin, Morgan, Steve and I aren’t really a team within a team here, we came over here as a unit. So we have a very special bond that isn’t going anywhere,” she says with a smile.
