RE: CONSTRUCTION NOTIFICATION Dear Resident, Knappett Industries Ltd. has been contracted by the Peace River Regional District to perform underground utility maintenance in your residing area. There will be construction happening from June 28, to July 8th, Mon‐Sat, 7am‐7pm in the easement behind your backyard. Due to the proximity of construction to your property, and to ensure the safety of the residents, Knappett would like access to your backyard to set up temporary fence in the event that the excavation encroaches into your backyard. Knappett Industries agrees to restore your property should any damages occur, including fencing, lawns, and trees/shrubs. Knappett Industries is also requesting permission to use power from your house to run a bypass pump to ensure there are no interruptions to your sewer service.
