REMOTELY ADDRESS THE ISSUES OF FERGUSON AND NEW YORK IN A POSITIVE WAY.CHASTISEMENT OF COMMUNITIES OF COLOR IN AMERICA IN THE EYES OF WHITE AMERICANS WAS JUST SIMPLY PLACATING. THIS IS THE PROBLEM THAT WE HAVE WITH THIS MAN OF COLOR, WHO IS THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN THE WORLD: HE CAN’T EVEN
ACKNOWLDEGE THAT HE IS A MAN OF COLOR. ADD THAT THE UNITED STATES IS AT A POINT OF RACIAL INTOLERANCE, THE LIKES NOT SEEN SINCE 1968. THIS SIGNALS A PERFERCT STORM FOR PRESIDENT OBAMA. THE PRESIDENT AND THE DEMOCRATS CAN TURN THIS STORM AROUND TO THEIR FAVOR.ALL THEY NEED DO IS ALLOW BARACK OBAMA
TO LEAD WITH DECISIVENESS AND STRENGTH. BUT BARACK OBAMA WOULD HAVE TO WANT TO DO THIS, TOO.
The situation in Ferguson Missouri brought race front and center to the Obama administration and the Democrats, who have been running away from that (race) situation for six years.
More than anything else, I believe that this tactic of running from racial issues in America is thoroughly backed by President Obama himself. So long as he plays the “minstrel show” of a presidency that he has been doing for the last six years, he won’t piss off white folks. Just look at what happened to Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.
My president is no fool. But with the uniqueness of his particular election and re-election to president (being the first man of color to hold the office in the long history of this country) he knew that at some point in his presidency an incident would happen of a racial magnitude that he
would be forced to lead as a “black” president. And that’s something that he and the Dems are terrified of. All the posts online thru major internet content outlets have squarely tied in race to the president’s position of governance at this point, especially in dissecting the State of the Union address a couple of days ago.
The events in Ferguson, Missouri have forever changed the social climate of this country. The impact was so great that it was felt around the world. But what did black leaders do with this opportunity to address and move forward with racial issues today in the U.S.?
They shamed the memory of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X, to men of color who made the ultimate sacrifice for peace in this country. What’s worse, the so called “black leaders” in the U.S. turned the whole thing into a fucking “carpetbagger’s ball.” This is the point: the majority in the United States (white folks) who put
EVERYTHING on the line to back his presidency are not racists in their opinion of the president and communities of color in the United States. They are greatly and deeply disappointed. Why? Because they voted for a black guy to be president. Back in 08, fucking Kanye could have gotten votes, that’s
how hyped white folks were for a real social change. Six years later we got niggers going crazy in Ferguson, Missouri, cops shooting black folks down like animals, and online reports stating FIFTY PERCENT of Americans think race relations in America have gotten far worse since his presidency.
NOW IS THE TIME FOR A STRONG BLACK LEADER. President Obama and the Dems need to understand the racial climate of last year will ignite like a powder keg this year. The news outlets are STILL reporting on Ferguson, Missouri. Not New York, not Paris. Ferguson, Missouri.
President Obama has to become a black president. He has to show that men of color are leaders. And he has to act as if he is PROUD of being a man of color, and not apologizing for it. President Obama is the only “new media� cult of personality than can alter the perception of communities of color in the U.S. after the events in Ferguson.
Every fucking redneck white supremacy racist in the country has been in hillbilly heaven the last few months because of what went down in Ferguson. ”See,” they probably said to other white folks. “Now you see how niggers are.” But think of how white folks who put their all into the Obama election
and re-election feel about all that’s gone down since last summer in the U.S. And the incredible amount of shit that they have undoubtly gone thru in the past six years because of their support for Obama. These are the folks that the Dems and Obama better do every fucking thing in the world to regain in the next two years, or I predict that by 2020,
there won’t be ANY people of color in Washington’s upper echelon, let alone Democrats. So, let Obama BE Obama. The man is a fucking Rhodes Scholar. No way in HELL am I buying the six year minstrel show he has been performing. America needs serious racial healing. That’s one of the reasons I left St. Louis. The racial situation there
was so bad that I had not seen the like since 1980 in the ‘Lou. And as a student and employee at the most prestigious private school in the mid-west, I was in the “belly of the beast.” In others words, I was right there to see. And I saw. The perception that communities of color in the U.S. are weak, defeated, and forever doomed to be second and
third class citizens in the eyes of other Americans has to change. So, America (white and black and everyone else), let Obama be a “black” president. It’s the only thing that will save all of us Americans.
