A private therapy clinic offering psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, families, and couples. Specializing in a wide range of services that includes, but is not limited to, anxiety and depression, life events, trauma, complex PTSD and PTSD, encopresis, life adjustments, parenting strategies, anger management, support through crisis, self-harm, Tourette Syndrome, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, meaning and purpose, identity, sexuality, family dynamics, separation and divorce, bullying, sleep problems, and multicultural matters. Some of the therapies provided include SFBT, CBT, mindfulness, and existential therapy. In-person, telephone and E-Counselling services are offered.
