VIAGS Centralized Load Control has the capability of handling all aircraft types, including: The range of popular wide and narrow body, passenger and specialized cargo aircraft, executive jets and other specialized aircraft manufactured by Boeing, Airbus, as well as other manufacturers.

Our prime responsibility is to make every flights departure safe and on time. The service standards comply with the regulations, safety principles and quality policies of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the operating airlines’ Civil Aviation Authority and the airlines.

VIAGS centralized load control center has 3 offices that are located at the terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Noi Bai International Airport, Da Nang International Airport and 2 centralized load control offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi’s centre. Nearly 100 experienced and highly trained load control experts of VIAGS: The quick and accurate calculation skill, be able to complete a loadsheet within 3 -5 min. Professional and highly focused staff are able to work under pressure and working independently. Very good at English communicative skills. The primary subjects aviation, compulsory subjects IOSA (Dangerous goods, Aviation security, Ramp safety). Experience in performing many types of aircraft included in popular wide and narrow body aircraft such as ATR / B737 / B757 / B767 / B777 / B787 / B747 / A320 / A321 / A330 / A350, applicable to: Cargo flights. Commercial flights. Transport cargo in cabin on the passenger flights.

Load controller works under the unified procedure with the strict supervision of the team leader and manager. CLC Center has a close relationship with the other departments of the Ground Handling Services company such as ULD management team, passenger service, luggage service, Loading and Unloading Guide, flight coordination, or airline (airline representative, Dispatch office, Operation Center) to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the ground handling service chain.
