VIAGS Centralized Load Control has the capability of handling all aircraft types, including: The range of popular wide and narrow body, passenger and specialized cargo aircraft, executive jets and other specialized aircraft manufactured by Boeing, Airbus, as well as other manufacturers.

Our prime responsibility is to make every flights departure safe and on time. The service standards comply with the regulations, safety principles and quality policies of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the operating airlines’ Civil Aviation Authority and the airlines.

VIAGS centralized load control center has 3 offices that are located at the terminal of Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Noi Bai International Airport, Da Nang International Airport and 2 centralized load control offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi’s centre.
