[ MUMBLES COLLECTION 2021 ]

The Mumbles Collection has just got better with the addition of lots of cute new styles in the Zippie and Printme range due to popular demand. There are now 28 styles in the Zippie range with the addition of the new big friendly Giant Bunny and can be matched with the original Zippie Bunny (now avilable in grey), and Printme Grey Bunny, as well as a very cuddly Christmas Bear to join our festive friends. All our Zippies can be embroidered, sublimation printed and vinyl printed with any message or logo. The complimenting Printme range by Mumbles are smaller versions of the Zippies and can be sublimation or vinyl printed directly onto the tummy of the toys. This range has been well recevied in 2020 to say the least, so the Printme family have expanded to inlcude an angelic White Teddy, a curious Cat and smaller adorable clones of our exisitng Zippie Teddy, Zippie Rainbow Bear, Zippie Elephant, Zippie Penguin and Zippie Reindeer. All our plush toys and accessories are tested to the EN71 Standards ensuring that you know that they are safe for the age groups advised.

PRINTME

HOW TO DECORATE YOUR PRINTME by Mumbles ANIMALS SUBLIMATE ME 1. SUBLIMATION PRINTING works on all of the MM060 PRINTME styles. 2. Once the design has been printed, tear around the edges of the sublimation paper to avoid impressions being made on the fur. 3. Place protection paper on top of the design to protect the fur. In addition, place a piece of suitable fabric over the animal to avoid the pile flattening.

STEP 1

CHOOSE YOUR PRINTME ANIMAL FROM THE COLLECTION

4. Heat the press to 185°C and press for 60 seconds, if you are using additional fabric to protect the pile, press for 90 seconds as the fabric will absorb the heat. 5. Remove the protection and peel off the sublimation paper to reveal the design.

VINYL PRINT ME 1. VINYL PRINTING works on all of the MM060 PRINTME styles, a vinyl with a thicker adhesive e.g a flock or glitter has the best results. 2. Place protection paper on top of the design to protect the fur. In addition, place a piece of suitable fabric over the animal to avoid the pile flattening. 3. Heat the press to 185°C and press for 15 seconds, if you are using additional fabric to protect the pile, press for 30 seconds as the fabric will absorb the heat.

STEP 2

4. Peel off the vinyl backing and return the protection paper before re-pressing for a further 15 seconds to seal the design.

VINYL OR SUBLIMATE ME PLATE ME UP

1. EMBROIDERY works on all Zippies with a professional finish. 2. Frame size 15-18cm will fit most of our Zippies. Square or circular will suit.

Ethics and Standards ENVIRONMENTAL

Henbury are fully committed to the wellbeing and development of our planet which has encouraged big changes to our personal outlook and the way we trade. We aim to help our customers and make it easier to reduce the volume of waste going to landfill. Going forward, our products will be packaged in recycled plastic bags, which are recyclable at the end of life. Packaging components are being reduced by a huge 77% across shirts and we are reducing the number of products that are individually packaged. Finally, our bags will be made for reuse; they are resealable for ease of re-packaging and branding is being removed to allow ease of re-branding. On top of this, our employees are making a conscious choice to go paperless and recycle all excess fabrics/garments. It is our corporate responsibility to make an impact in reducing our carbon footprint. All of our marketing materials printed for 2020 were carbon balanced, helping to reduce CO2 emissions and preserving ecologically endangered land with World Land Trust. By using FSC certified papers and printers, promoting responsible management of the world’s forests, we are doing our part to make a change. To reduce our footprint even further, we have taken the decision to only publish our brochure online for 2021, and it doesn’t stop there! We aren’t letting our 2020 material go to waste either; if you prefer a hard copy to hand, our 2020 brochures are still available to order with an updated insert to remind you of our discontinued lines and new products for 2021.

This ensures working conditions and practices are to the highest standard and within local government laws. In addition to ensuring our high ethical standards are achieved, we support and sponsor a number of local charities within the communities with which we work and manufacture.
