Mandate Men's Conference 2020

Page 1

Hi guys, I am so excited to welcome you to our annual men’s conference, Mandate. Our theme for 2020 is ‘Thriving In Uncertain Times’. For the first time in Mandate history, the conference will be completely digital! I believe now, more than ever, we need to be encouraged, through the help of the Holy Spirit, so we can truly navigate the world, even in its current state. 2 Chronicles 7:14 tells us that God has given us the power to declare healing over our land. So, as we declare that, and put our faith behind it, our lineup of speakers for this year’s conference, will also teach, encourage, and prepare us for life in the ‘new normal.’ I am looking forward to these three days. My prayer is that at the end of the conference, we will have renewed strength to thrive in these uncertain times. Enjoy the conference!

DR A. R. BERNARD Dr A. R. Bernard is one of the most influential religious leaders and transformative visionaries of our time. He enjoyed a successful career in finance before following his calling and opening a small storefront church in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He is now the Founder, President and Senior Pastor ofChristian Cultural Center (CCC). Once a Nation of Islam follower and teenage civil rights activist, Dr. A. R. Bernard’s secretary introduced him to Christ and invited him to a Nicky Cruz crusade where he surrendered his life to Christ. From that point forward, Bernard has been a student of history and the Bible — educating, nurturing, and equipping his congregants to navigate their faith with sound values and biblical principles. Today, he is a premiere thought leader in Christianity and American History/Race Relations and has been featured on Fox News, CNN, NBC’s Today, MSNBC, CBS News, TBN, BET and has his own weekly show on Daystar TV. His transformative messages are also shared in his books, Happiness Is... and Four Things Women Want from a Man. Dr Bernard has welcomed a host of world leaders, dignitaries, governors, senators, congress members, and local officials, such as President Bill Clinton, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo to name but a few.
