This year, we will not be having our annual Couples Weekend Away. Instead, we will be spending a whole week celebrating marriages…Yes our ‘Celebration of Marriage Week’!!! We believe this is quite crucial, especially as marriage as we know it is under attack in today’s society. Throughout the Celebration of Marriage Week we will have various activities to stimulate your mind and to celebrate marriages. One of the events will be Prayer for Marriages on Friday 17th August in the Jesus House Auditorium. Our Couples’ Ball on Saturday 18th August will mark the finale of the week’s celebration. We invite you to come along with your spouse to what promises to be an evening of great entertainment with lots of fun, laughter and dancing. The theme is white and black with a touch of red. Tickets are £30 per couple and it promises to be a fun night out. Don’t miss out!!! We look forward to you joining in the celebrations.

EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE WEEK Sunday 12th August Marriage themed services and Tightknots Awareness Day. Visit our stands in the foyer to learn more about the ministry, as well as the events and services we provide. Monday 13th August Our Celebration Of Marriage Week E-newsletter will go out to all Jesus House couples on the church database, with lots of marriage tips and articles. Tuesday 14th August An interesting Relationship Quiz will be sent out to all Jesus House couples on the church database via email. Wednesday 15th August Midweek Service with Questions & Answers on Marriage. Please send your questions ahead of time to tightknots@jesushouse.org.uk Thursday 16th August You will receive ‘Seeds of Love’, our couples weekly devotional, with an invitation to subscribe. Friday 17th August On ‘Appreciate Your Spouse Day’ we encourage you to find creative ways to appreciate your spouse and make them smile throughout the day. Also, if you have a burden for marriages, whether you’re single or married, please join us to ‘Pray For Marriages’ at 7pm in Jesus House. Saturday 18th August The not to be missed Jesus House Couples Ball. Theme: White & Black with a touch of Red. Time: 7pm
