Sharlette is a woman of distinction, with a clear sense of purpose who shares the gospel with a deep passion and love. Her anointing is evident and the trademark passion associated with her brings realness, change and prophetic insight into the times that we are living in. She challenges the body of Christ to shift gears and live as God intended. As an international speaker Sharlette has been serving since the age of 17. She has preached in the United States, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Ghana, South Africa and Namibia. She has supported international organisations that engage with women in domestic violence, supported youth engagement programmes and supported young people into work. She brings spiritual wisdom, revelation and insight and has led several small groups for empowering, deliverance and healing of women who had suffered abuse, neglect, low self-esteem and who are searching for God. She is a woman who loves education and currently holds a MA in education policy with a real passion to raise and equip real disciples who can face the challenges of the 21st Century. She has spoken as an inspirational and motivational speaker on various platforms and youth/young adult groups. Sharlette served at New Testament Assembly Tooting for 18 years where she served as part of the Core Pastoral Team under the leadership of Bishop Delroy Powell. She has over many years been actively engaged in the life of the local church where she has served as youth leader, conference committee member, worship leader and minister of the word. She is the founder of the Women’s Ministry emerge Worldwide and an Elder at Ruach City Church. Her desire is for God to use her for His purpose, as His voice with an extension of His love.

hayley mulenda Hayley Mulenda is a Multi-Award Winning International Speaker, Author and Change Agent who has spoken to thousands of people across the world sharing her story on how she turned her pain to purpose. Hayley has been invited to run sessions at some of the world's leading firms and greatest conferences across Europe, USA and Africa touching on wellbeing, resilience, vulnerability and personal development. After becoming overwhelmed with University, Business and life itself, Hayley attempted to take her own life at the age of 18, she realised how mental health issues are increasingly affecting millennials and she was passionate to do something about it. At age 19, Hayley published her Award-Winning Book "The ABCs To Student Success" giving tips and strategies on how to sustain a healthy mental wellbeing after facing different trials and tribulations. Hayley works with FTSE 100 and Fortune 50 clients consulting their senior leaders and senior management to help implement change and strategy. She has been able to work with Government officials as well as The Commonwealth Secretariat to give her unique insight towards the topic of well-being. Hayley has been flown out to Redmond to speak at Microsoft HQ working with their senior leaders as well as speaking with the CEO & senior leaders of Unilever. Her clientele also includes JP Morgan, Teach First and The Cabinet Office. Her story has been described as mesmerising, impactful and life-changing.
michelle mckinney hammond Michelle presently resides in Ghana, West Africa, traveling the globe from her home base. She is happily single with siblings and extended family in America as well as Ghana. She is the joyous “mommy” of three Shih Tzu’s. Matisse, Micah and Laila. She has precious memories of Milan her first puppy. She is the president of US based, HeartWing Ministries, DivaCor LLC. She is the visionary and leader of Relevance in Ghana, West Africa, a movement back to the heart of God which focuses on moving the church beyond the walls by taking worship to the streets through their own special brand of original music called “Rockspiration”. A fusion of Rock and African percussion. Their first CD has been released and is entitled “Forever”. Michelle was born in London, England, and spent her childhood in Barbados, West Indies, and Muskegon, Michigan. Michelle formerly lived in Chicago and has relocated to Ghana, West Africa. Her ministry continues internationally. Michelle’s name represents her two fathers: George Hammond, from Ghana, West Africa, now deceased and Mr. William McKinney, who lives in Michigan with her mother Norma McKinney. Michelle’s middle name is her African name Ayodele (I-yoday-lay) which means “Joy comes to the house!” During 15 years in advertising at the Chicago-based Burrell Communications, the largest minority owned advertising agency in America, Michelle created awardwinning campaigns for Coca Cola, McDonalds, Procter and Gamble, Schlitz Malt Liquor, Ford Motor Company and General Motors Corporation and worked with numerous celebrity artists along the way including Ray Parker Jr, Lena Horne, Aretha Franklin, Earth, Wind and Fire, Al Jarreau, Peabo Bryson, The O Jays, Cameo, New Edition and more!
She has won numerous awards including a USA Television Award, Windy Award, a Golden & Bronze Philo, and over 20 CEBA (Creative Excellence in Black Advertising Awards) Michelle has sung or performed voice-overs for national radio and television commercials for Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Sprite, Ford Motor Company, Crest Toothpaste and Extra Sugar-Free Gum. Major influences in Michelle’s spiritual growth include: Arch Bishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, Apostle Luther Blackwell of Mega Church in Cleveland Ohio, P. Bunny Wilson, author of Liberated Through Submission; Terri McFaddin-Solomon, author of Only A Woman; and countless friends who are responsible for keeping her on track!
jumoke adenowo Olajumoke Adenowo is a multiple award-winning architect with over three decades of industry experience. Described as Africa’s ‘starchitect’ and trailblazer when profiled by CNN and BBC, she is one of Africa’s most outstanding architects and the only female in this elite category. Christened the Face of Architecture in Nigeria by the Guardian, She has been featured in the world’s foremost architectural journal Architectural Record and in ForbesWomen and Fortune magazine. In 2013, she was instituted into the Hall of Fame of Personalities of Black Ancestry by the University of West England, Bristol, among other global personalities of black heritage.
Olajumoke gained admission into Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife at the age of fourteen, and she acquired the first distinction in Masters of Science in Architecture in the University's history. She is also an alumnus of a number of prestigious institutions including; the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, the Yale School of Management, the IESE Business Schoo amongst others. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (UK ) and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects. Olajumoke started her career at Femi Majekodunmi Associates, where she had the privilege of designing the Federal Ministry of Finance Headquarters in Abuja, In 1994 She founded her own multi award winning architecture firm - AD Consulting which specialises also in Master Planning of eco sensitive developments . AD Consulting is Nigeria’s most internationally awarded firm. She has been the principal partner from inception till date.
In 1999, Olajumoke’s passion for raising Transformational leaders led her to establish the faith based philanthropy, Awesome Treasures Foundation, recognized by the United Nations and affiliated to the Edmond De Rothschild foundation family Philanthropy Platform. Awesome Treasures Foundation is established on three continents with initiatives impacting millions.
She is the pioneer recipient of the ‘New African Women in Business Award’, has been recognised as one of Africa’s Top Ten Most Powerful Women in Business’. One of Nigeria’s Most Inspiring Women one of Nigeria’s 100 most Influential Nigerians, the International Alliance for Women World of Difference 100 Award as well as one of the Most Inspiring Women in Nigeria amongst other honours, Adenowo was the recipient of the 2019 Leadership award by the Constituency For Africa (Washington, DC), In 2019 Olajumoke Adenowo was appointed a Visiting Professor at Germany’s Leading Architecture program, Technische Universitat Munchen (TUM) in Germany. She was honoured as a Laureate and Guest Scientist at the Chair of Theory, History of Architecture and Art & Design.
Olajumoke Adenowo is a speaker of note at summits and conferences, and has spoken at several global platforms, including the Global Women’s Forum, Harvard Business School’s Africa Business Club, Cambridge University’s African Society, and SOLVE MIT’s flagship Conference for Global Thoughts Leaders and Innovators. She is a minister of the gospel, and member of The International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders. She hosts her own syndicated radio program, Voice of Change on Leadership.
Olajumoke Adenowo has served on the juries and panels of global initiatives such as, The Cartier Initiative for Women Awards. Olajumoke has authored several books, including; Life Spring, The Mysterious Seed, Appointment with Destiny and Beyond my dreams (fiction) She is married to Olukorede and they are blessed with two men.

Lucy has been leading worship and writing songs for over 10 years, both as a solo artist and with her talented band of musicians and singers. Her heart in worship is simply to create a space for people to encounter the love of God. In her worship expression and the songs she writes, she wants to create a sound that unites people and ignites hearts to love God, love themselves and love one another more. Based in London, UK, she loves to lead worship, write and make music. She's released a number of records to date and also loves to teach workshops on songwriting and worship.

Rachel is the President of the Girl’s Brigade, Director of Partnerships at Youthscape, an Ambassador for Home For Good, founder of Romance Academy and a bestselling author for youth and young adults. She is on the leadership team at Preston Minster in the North West where she serves with her husband. This summer they will be planting a Youth Resourcing Church into Blackburn in the North West, where it always rains but the people are amazing! They have two adopted children, a few fish and the kids want a pit bull terrier puppy. That will never happen!

The Uncommon Woman Conference is the annual conference of the Women’s Ministry here at Jesus House. This is the 9th conference and our very first virtual conference (Drumroll!!) and we are confident that we have something for everybody. We meet online to pray together for ourselves, our families, the church and our country on the third Saturday of every month from 6.30am to 7.30am. You are welcome to join us by typing jh7.uk/esthersprayer onto your browser.
The Esthers Mentoring Scheme has moved online. The scheme is a bi-annual
programme when a group of ladies come together for 8 weeks, to explore knotty issues like understanding our worth, evaluating our strength as individuals and
considering our God-given purpose. At the end of the 8 weeks, a mentor will be assigned to anyone who wants one. The scheme has been running for 12 years now and a number of the participants have joined the bank of volunteer mentors also.
