Patios

Patios will be surfaced and will provide a connection to the primary structure. Patios are encouraged to enhance the outdoor living area and landscape as a continuation of the interior of the dwelling. The location and materials for patios must be submitted for review and approval by the Architectural Review Board.

All exposed edges of patio stone must have a fi nished edge (not sawcut).
