1907 TUTTO EBBE INIZIO... Una storia nella Storia, quella di un grande Gruppo, per continuare a farla. Accadeva nel ‘907 agli albori della rivoluzione industriale: da una fabbrica dell’Italia rurale prendevano forma i primi prodotti forgiati con quel materiale allora “vera novità”, l’alluminio. Artefice di tale impresa era Baldassare Agnelli, capofila di tutto il Gruppo Agnelli Industries. Un viaggio cominciato in Montenegro, dove ne apprese la lavorazione, e proseguito in Lombardia, dove diede il via alla “Fabbrica di Alluminio Baldassare Agnelli”.

Schöpfer dieses Unternehmens war Baldassare Agnelli, der am Anfang der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe Agnelli Industries stand. Eine Reise, die in Montenegro begonnen hatte, wo er die Aluminiumbearbeitung kennenlernte und dann in der Lombardei weiterführte, wo er die Aluminiumfabrik “Fabbrica di Alluminio Baldassare Agnelli” gründete.

It was way back in 1907 at the dawn of the industrial revolution: a small manufacturing firm in a rural context forged the first aluminium products, a major innovation for those days. The author of such enterprise was Baldassare Agnelli, the parent company of the future Agnelli Industries Group. The adventure started off in Montenegro, where he became acquainted with aluminium working, and continued in Lombardy, where he set up his "Fabbrica di Alluminio Baldassare Agnelli".
Baldassare Agnelli fu Ernesto, Cavaliere per merito industriale. Venne insignito nel 1934 su proposta di Sua Eccellenza il Capo del Governo per speciali benemerenze nel campo industriale, per essere stato uno dei primi fabbricanti di tubi e di articoli industriali in alluminio. > Baldassare Agnelli erhielt den Titel des Cavaliere der Italienischen Republik für besondere Verdienste im Industriebereich. Er wurde 1934 auf Vorschlag von Seiner Exzellenz dem Regierungschef ausgezeichnet, da er einer der ersten Fabrikanten von industriellen Rohren und Artikeln aus Aluminium war. > Baldassare Agnelli was awarded with the order of merit for labour owing to his entrepreneurial activity. He was conferred this honour in 1934 on a proposal from His Excellency the Head of the Government, for special merits in the industrial sector, as he was one of the first manufacturers of massproduced aluminium pipes and items.

Orfano dei genitori e presto diventato uomo maturo, Baldassare Agnelli seppe presto catturare le attenzioni di imprese importanti. Primo episodio della brillante sfida industriale fu la commessa per la Pirelli, che era alla ricerca di un fornitore che fosse in grado di realizzare anime in alluminio per la produzione di camere d’aria. Il coraggio e l’intraprendenza di Baldassare gli permisero subito di mettersi in mostra, conscio che quel compito sarebbe stato in grado di assolverlo.

> Als Waise war er schon früh erwachsen geworden. Baldassare Agnelli gelang es schon früh, die Aufmerksamkeit von wichtigen Unternehmen zu gewinnen. Die erste Episode der brillanten industriellen Herausforderung war der Auftrag für Pirelli. Das Unternehmen war auf der Suche nach einem Lieferanten, der in der Lage war, Aluminiumkerne für die Produktion von Reifenschläuchen herzustellen. Der Mut und der Unternehmungsgeist von Baldassare erlaubten ihm sofort, sich in Szene zu setzen. Er war sich bewusst, dass er in der Lage war, diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen.
> Baldassare Agnelli lost his parents in his earliest years and soon became a grown man; then he succeeded in catching the attention of major companies. The first episode of the brilliant industrial challenge was the order for Pirelli, who was looking for a supplier capable of manufacturing aluminium cores for the production of inner tubes. Baldassare's courage and proactivity enabled him to come to the fore, well aware of his capability to carry out Pirelli's order job perfectly.

Raggranellati i pochi risparmi e le attrezzature necessarie, Baldassare si mise subito al lavoro. Progettò e realizzò una trafila a freddo per la realizzazione di tubi da lamiera. Ovviamente fu una storia a lieto fine: la realizzazione fu persino superiore alle aspettative e, logicamente, il lavoro gli venne assegnato in maniera continuativa. L’inizio della storia divenne così l’esordio di un grande gruppo industriale. Presto Baldassare Agnelli incontrò i favori di altre grandi imprese, quali Ansaldo, Hutchinson e la Cucirini Cantoni Coats, individuando nell’alluminio le soluzioni giuste per l’industria.
> Nachdem er die wenigen Ersparnisse zusammengekratzt und die notwendigen Werkzeuge zusammengestellt hatte, machte Baldassare sich sofort an die Arbeit. Er entwarf und realisierte eine Kaltziehmatrize für die Herstellung von Blechrohren Offensichtlich war dies eine Geschichte mit glücklichem Ende: Die Herstellung übertraf gar die Erwartungen und folgerichtig wurde ihm kontinuierlich neue Arbeit aufgetragen. Der Anfang der Geschichte wurde der Grundstein einer großen Industriegruppe. Schon bald fand Baldassare Agnelli Anklang bei weiteren großen Unternehmen, wie Ansaldo, Hutchinson und Cucirini Cantoni Coats, die im Aluminium die richtige Lösung für die Industrie erkannten.
> He scraped together his little money and the necessary equipment, Baldassare got down to work immediately. He designed and manufactured a cold draw-plate for the making of aluminium sheet pipes. Obviously the story had a happy ending: his performance was even beyond expectations and the job was assigned to him permanently. The beginning of the story marked the debut of a large-sized industrial reality. Soon Baldassare Agnelli found favour with other large companies, like Ansaldo, Hutchinson and Cucirini Cantoni Coats, owing to the use of aluminium as the proper solution for industrial needs.

La piccola azienda venne traghettata presto verso un solido sistema industriale costruito su equilibrio e capacità di anticipare il futuro, mantenendone al centro l’elemento costante di riferimento: l’alluminio. L’alluminio negli anni seguenti ha trovato impieghi così vasti e universali che le generazioni succedutesi al fondatore moltiplicarono i rami d’impresa. Trafilerie Alexia raccoglie l’eredità dei padri in quello che è attualmente uno degli stabilimenti di estrusione dell’alluminio più moderni d’Europa.

> The small-sized firm got then transformed into a solid industrial system, based on balance and ability in prefiguring future developments, while holding fast to their constant point of reference: aluminium working. In the following years aluminium was so widely and universally employed that the generations that succeeded at the head of the group were able to redouble the divisions. Trafilerie Alexia inherits the fathers' experience and develops into one of the most modern aluminium extrusion works in Europe.

Una grande forza produttiva, per trasformare i vostri progetti in solide realtà. Tre moderne presse da 1800, 2200 e 3000 tonnellate costituiscono una rilevante e varia capacità produttiva in grado di soddisfare un’ampissima gamma di esigenze. Una capacità che si traduce in numeri esplicativi: larghezza massima di 415 mm per i profilati piani e tubolari a forma rettangolare, e fino a 225 mm per tubi a forma circolare, con spessori, a seconda delle forme dei profili, a partire da 1 millimetro. Le barre possono essere fornite con una lunghezza massima di 13,5 metri, mentre il peso dei profilati può variare da 50 g/metro ad un massimo di 29.000 g/metro. Inoltre grazie a speciali e personalizzati trattamenti termici, i profilati possono assumere una molteplicità di caratteristiche meccaniche e di durezza, al fine di meglio adattarne lavorabilità ed utilizzi successivi.

Eine Kapazität, die sich in Zahlen ausdrückt: maximale Breite 415 mm für die Flachprofile und die rechteckigen Rohrprofile, bis zu 225 mm für Rundrohre mit Dicken je nach Profilform ab einem Millimeter. Die Stangen können maximal 13,5 Meter lang sein, während das Gewicht der Profile zwischen 50 g/m und einem Maximum von 29.000g/m variieren kann. Dank spezieller und personalisierter Wärmebehandlungen können die Profile eine Vielzahl an mechanischen Eigenschaften und Härteeigenschaften annehmen, um besser für die nachfolgenden Bearbeitungen und Verwendungen geeignet zu sein.

Il nostro reparto produttivo per le lavorazioni in sinergia con la consociata Aluproject di Verdellino (BG) è in grado di realizzare con precisione lavorazioni complesse. Dal taglio a misura dei profilati con tolleranze molto ristrette (fino a +/- 0,1 mm) a lavorazioni di foratura, fresatura, asolatura e filettatura realizzate con macchine a controllo numerico di ultima generazione. Inoltre vengono effettuate anche lavorazioni di tranciatura, piegatura e curvatura. A richiesta, possiamo effettuare anche incisione, mediante fresatura, di scritte e marchi sui pezzi lavorati.

> Unser für mechanische Bearbeitungen zuständiger Sektor, in Kollaboration mit unserer Schwestergesellschaft Aluproject, ist in der Lage präzise und komplexe Bearbeitungen zu realisieren. Zuschnitt der verschiedenen Profile mit sehr engen Toleranzen (bis +/- 0,1 mm) Bohren, Fräsen, Beschlag- und Gewindebohrungen mit CNC-Maschinen der neuesten Generation. Darüber hinaus können die Profile auch gestanzt, gefalzt und gebogen werden. Auf Wunsch können die Werkstücke auch mit Schriften und Markierungen versehen werden (Gravuren).
> Our machining and production department synergetically with our Aluproject subsidiary company, based in Verdellino (Bergamo), can carry out complex operations accurately. From custom cutting of different profiles with very low tolerance values (up low as +/- 0.1 mm) to boring, milling, buttonholing and threading, performed by latest-generation numerically controlled machining centers. Moreover, we can offer shearing, bending and cambering. On request, we can make engravings (by milling) of writings and marks on machined parts.

La tecnologia Alexia si esplica in tantissimi impieghi, tra questi assume rilevante importanza quello dei serramenti, con una particolare attenzione ai sistemi più evoluti, a più alte prestazioni. Nei nostri stabilimenti è operativo un reparto dedicato all’assemblaggio dei profilati con barrette in resina poliammidica, detto "a taglio termico", dotato di una capacità oraria di 100 barre /h: porte e finestre che utilizzano questa tecnologia diventano così particolarmente isolanti e garantiscono un superiore risparmio energetico. Una qualità questa così evidente da aver trovato applicazione non solo nell'edilizia ma anche in svariate altre applicazioni industriali: unità trattamento aria, condizionamento, refrigerazione, carrelli porta alimenti, portoni industriali e distribuzione alimentare.

Darunter ist besonders der Bereich der Fenster und Türen, mit besonderer Beachtung der modernsten Systeme mit hohen Leistungen, wichtig. In unseren Werken ist eine Abteilung tätig, die sich dem Zusammenbau der Profile mit Stangen aus Polyamidharzkern, die als "thermische Trennung" bezeichnet werden, widmet. Diese Abteilung hat eine Kapazität von 100 Stangen/h. Türen und Fenster, bei denen diese Technologie verwendet wird, sind besonders isolierend und garantieren eine höhere Energieeinsparung. Dies ist eine offensichtlich so gute Qualität, dass sie nicht nur im Bauwesen, sondern auch in verschiedenen Industrieanwendungen Verwendung gefunden hat: Lüftungseinheiten, Klimaanlagen, Kühlungen, Lebensmitteltransportwagen, Industrietore und Lebensmittelhandel.

Our factory also includes a department dedicated to the assembly of profiles with polyamide resin bars, "thermal break", with an hourly capacity of 100 bars/h: doors and windows manufactured by this technology become highly insulating and ensure excellent energy saving results. This quality feat is so manifest that is used not only in the building industry but also in many other industrial sectors: air treatment, air conditioning, cooling, serving trolleys, factory gates and food retail trade.

Possiamo fornire inoltre infinite soluzioni di finitura di tutte le superfici in alluminio per incontrare al meglio le esigenze dei nostri clienti. L’azienda del Gruppo, Alucolor OX, ci permette, infatti, di fornire il prodotto finito in un’unica soluzione. La nostra ossidazione a marchio Qualanod ci consente di offrire molteplici colorazioni con satinatura chimica o spazzolatura meccanica e con uno strato protettivo da 5 a 20 mcs. Possiamo inoltre offrire verniciature a polvere, in barra o in pezzo lavorato, nei vari colori Ral ed Extra Ral, con spessori di circa 60/80 mcs.

Dank unserer Eloxierung, die der Marke Qualanod entspricht, können wir mehrere Färbungen anhand chemischem Satinieren oder mechanischem Bürsten mit einer Schutzschicht von 5 bis 20 µm vorschlagen. Wir bieten auch Pulverbeschichtungen, für Stangen oder Stücke, in verschiedenen Raloder Extra Ral-Farben, mit einer Dicke von etwa 60/80 µm.
