COSPE è un’azienda specializzata nel settore delle costruzioni. Da oltre 10 anni, mette a disposizione di aziende e clienti privati le proprie competenze per realizzare progetti immobiliari su tutto il territorio italiano. Dalla posa della prima pietra all’ultima rifinitura, COSPE costruisce ex novo e ristruttura ogni tipo di edificio commerciale, industriale e civile, offrendo anche il servizio di manutenzione. Lo staff tecnico di COSPE è costituito da professionisti qualificati per seguire ogni fase del cantiere, dalla progettazione, alla direzione lavori fino alla selezione dei fornitori per materiali e attrezzature. Il personale viene costantemente aggiornato, perché lavori nel pieno rispetto delle norme di sicurezza.
COSPE is a specialist in the construction field. For over 10 years, it has offered its expertise to companies and private clients to develop real estate projects throughout Italy. From the laying of the first stone to the last finishing, COSPE builds and renovates every kind of commercial, industrial and civil building, also offering maintenance services. The technical staff of COSPE consists of qualified professionals who follow every step of the construction site, from design to supervision of works up to the selection of suppliers of materials and equipment. We constantly train our staff so that they can work in full compliance with safety regulations.

Con questa convinzione, COSPE è sempre alla ricerca di nuove soluzioni tecniche e tecnologiche da applicare in cantiere, per rendere reale quanto è solo disegnato a progetto. Non importa quanto è alto l’edificio o quanto si estende in profondità la struttura, l’azienda trova il metodo operativo che le consente di intervenire in tempi brevi e contenere i costi il più possibile.

L’attività di COSPE non si esaurisce con la consegna delle unità immobiliari, ma prosegue con un servizio di assistenza dopo i lavori e di manutenzione pronto e puntuale, diventando così un punto di riferimento continuo per i propri clienti. L’azienda vanta importanti contratti di manutenzione con grandi gruppi appartenenti al settore commerciale, industriale, logistico e alberghiero, e interviene sia su impianti di propria costruzione sia per clienti terzi. La capacità di operare in un business articolato e complesso come questo permette a COSPE di ampliare il proprio raggio di azione e di rafforzare il proprio posizionamento competitivo sul mercato nazionale.
COSPE’s activity does not end with the delivery of the real estate units, but continues with an after-sales service and prompt and punctual maintenance, thus becoming a continuous point of reference for its customers. The company boasts important maintenance contracts with large groups in the commercial, industrial, logistics and hotel sectors, and it intervenes both on its own plants and for third party customers. The ability to operate in such a complex and articulated business allows COSPE to expand its range of action and to strengthen its competitive position on the national market.

Ogni giorno i cantieri si popolano di operai, tecnici e ingegneri. Ma per quanto la forza lavoro possa impegnarsi, occorre che entrino in gioco i pesi massimi della produttività. Negli anni COSPE ha popolato il proprio parco macchine, con macchinari che rendono più efficiente, veloce e sicuro il lavoro in cantiere. Costantemente aggiornato secondo le ultime novità sul mercato, il parco macchine ospita modelli di ogni tipologia e dimensione, per coprire tutte le esigenze costruttive. Il personale è debitamente formato per poterli guidare e manovrare in totale sicurezza e piena autonomia. La scelta di adoperare macchinari di qualità si combina con attente verifiche e manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria, perché le performance siano sempre all’altezza.

Over the years, COSPE has populated its fleet of machines, with machinery that makes work on site more efficient, faster and safer. Constantly updated according to the latest news on the market, the fleet of machines houses models of all types and sizes, to cover all construction needs. The staff is duly trained to drive and handle them in total safety and full autonomy. Ad esempio, ogni addetto ai lavori indossa antinfortunistica specifica e debitamente controllata. Mezzi, macchinari, strumenti e macchine utensili sono sottoposti a verifiche e manutenzione che accertano un loro utilizzo sicuro ed efficiente. Un responsabile dedicato è presente in cantiere durante tutte le fasi della realizzazione a garanzia e tutela dei clienti e dei lavoratori.
COSPE takes the issue of security so seriously that it has become a founding value of its company. Regardless of the construction site, the company adopts practices and follows provisions that prevent accidents. For example, each employee wears specific and properly controlled safety equipment. Vehicles, machinery, tools and machine tools are checked and repaired to guarantee their safe and efficient use. A dedicated manager is on site during all phases of construction to safeguard and protect customers and workers.

Dalla fase di progettazione a quella esecutiva, le procedure sono pianificate e attuate non solo nel rispetto delle normative vigenti ma soprattutto nel rispetto della persona. Corsi di formazione e aggiornamento, sia per il personale di cantiere sia per lo staff tecnico, sono in costante attuazione da parte di professionisti qualificati, dando un valore aggiunto garantito in ogni lavorazione. Sono in atto progetti formativi con enti locali e istituti di previdenza, non solo teorici ma soprattutto sul campo. From the design to the executive stage, we plan and carry out our procedures not only in compliance with the regulations in force, but above all in respect of the people. Qualified experts are constantly implementing training and refresher courses for both site staff and technical staff, providing guaranteed benefit in all processes. There are theoretic and above all field training projects with local authorities and welfare institutions. Moreover, COSPE operates according to the 231 organization standard (decree 231/2001), an actual system of preventive risk management.
