Per consegne IntraCEE, extraCEE i tempi di consegna saranno comunicati di volta in volta. / The delivery of products available in our warehouses may be carried out within 4 working days ca. to the North of Italy, within 6 working days to the Centre/South of Italy and 8 working days to Basilicata, Calabria and Islands. Per ordinativi di prodotti e di tinte al campione i quantitativi producibili dipenderanno dalla capacità (tecnica-tecnologica-produttiva) al momento dell’ordine: la tempistica sarà comunicata al momento del ricevimento dell’ordine. / For orders of sample products and dyes the quantities to manufacture will depend on the (operating - technical - technological) capacity at the time of the order. The delivery schedule will be notified upon order confirmation. Sarà cura di ciascun cliente verificare il punto tinta di ogni partita prima di procedere con l’applicazione e, in caso di discordanza dal colore richiesto, non applicare il materiale ma tenerlo a disposizione per ulteriori verifiche. ICRO non assume responsabilità alcuna per eventuali differenze di punto tinta non riscontrate dall’acquirente prima dell’applicazione. / It shall be each customer’s care to verify the colour match before carrying on with the application and, in case of variance from the dye requested, the product must not be applied, but kept at disposal for further checks. ICRO does not accept any responsibilities for possible variances in the colour match that were not detected by the purchaser before application. Con l’evasione dell’ordine tutti i prodotti si intendono venduti a titolo definitivo. / Upon completion of the order-processing procedure all products are understood as sold definitively. I prodotti venduti, conformi e correttamente conservati, potranno essere restituiti soltanto previo consenso della venditrice e previa conferma scritta. L’accredito della merce sarà decurtato del 20% salvo maggiori oneri da valutare a seconda dei casi. / The sold products, when conformable and correctly preserved, can be returned only after the seller’s consent and written confirmation. Goods crediting will be cut down by 20% subject to higher charges according to circumstances. I prodotti che presentano vizi o difetti verranno ritirati esclusivamente dopo la verifica tecnica e autorizzazione scritta da parte di ICRO. / The faulty or defective products will be withdrawn only after technical inspection and written authorization from ICRO. Per importi inferiori al valore di 500,00 Euro il pagamento sarà in contrassegno. Per i clienti nuovi il pagamento sarà in contrassegno fino all’assegnazione di un fido da parte della venditrice. / Payment shall be made according to the methods and terms stated in the invoice. Amounts lower than Euro 500.00 shall be paid on delivery. New customers shall pay on delivery until a line of credit is granted by the seller.
