SCOTTSDALE RANCH SALES To date 2014 has produced 51 single family home sales in Scottsdale Ranch. There were a total of 50 sales for the same period in 2013. The number of Sales to date are running even with last year.

SCOTTSDALE RANCH SALES PRICES ARE UP Although the overall number of sales have remained about the same, there was an increase in the average price per square foot for homes sold under $1,000,000. Scottsdale Ranch produced an average price per square foot of $195.65 in 2013. There was a 2.68% increase in the average price per square foot for 2014 coming in at $200.89. The average sales price for a home sold in Scottsdale Ranch in 2013 was $500,486 with the average sales price for 2014 is $543,755.
