STONEGATE SALES To date 2014 has produced 46 Stonegate sales. There were a total of 37 sales for the same period in 2013 creating a 24.3% increase in the number of homes sold.

STONEGATE SALES PRICES ARE UP The average sales price for Stonegate was $541,644 in 2013. For the same period in 2014 the average sales price came in at $577,684 a 6.65%% increase. 2013 produced an average price per square foot of $192.96 in 2013. 2014 has produced an average price per square foot of $204.28 square foot for homes sold under $1,000,000. There was a 5.87% increase in the average price per square foot for 2014 coming in at $200.89.
