Having first been published in 2001 as a corporate project, the magazine "SFERA" was conceived as an alternative to the few in number Russian titles in meat-processing industry. The magazine was focused on directors, top managers, marketing managers, chief process engineers of enterprises, and the readership expanded and included institutes, universities.
