Chocolate Hobnobs Crunchy, chocolatey hobnobs that are perfect for an afternoon snack.
1. In a bowl, mix together the oats, oat flour, ground almonds and salt.
2. Pour in the melted coconut oil and sweetener of choice. -- 100g Oats -- 30g Oat flour -- 50g Ground Almonds -- 80ml Coconut Oil, melted -- 80ml Natural Sweetener (Honey, Agave) -- 100g Chocolate of your choice, for decoration

Scoop onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and shape into equal sized biscuits.
4. Bake at 180˚C for 12-15 minutes. Leave to cool completely before adding the chocolate.
5. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and melt carefully. Spread the chocolate on top of the biscuits and leave to set.

Avocado Brownies Gooey Brownies full of secret goodness.
1.
Melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a saucepan over a very low heat.
2. Stir in the coconut sugar, ground almonds,baking powder and vanilla extract. -- 120ml Coconut Oil -- 300g Dark Chocolate -- 300g Coconut Sugar -- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract -- 120g Ground Almonds -- 1 Avocado, mashed -- 1tsp Baking Powder -- 3 Eggs

3. Mash the avocado on a plate before adding to the mixture.
4. Crack the eggs into a mug and lightly beat before adding to the mix.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased brownie
tin and bake at 190℃ for 30 minutes. Leave to cool before cutting brownie into pieces.

Blueberry Banana Bread Vegan friendly banana bread full of juicy blueberries.
-- 4 Bananas -- 3 Eggs -- 1tsp Vanilla Extract -- 3tbsp Natural Sweetener (Honey, Agave) -- 60ml Coconut Oil (or Olive Oil) -- 300g Ground Almonds -- 1tsp Baking Powder -- 1tsp Cinnamon -- 100g Blueberries

1. Start by mashing your bananas
together with eggs, coconut oil, vanilla and honey into a bowl and mix.
2. In a separate bowl, combine the
ground almonds, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to the wet ingredients.
3. Fold in the blueberries. 4. Grease your bread tin with coconut oil or line it with baking paper and pour in the mixture.
5. Bake at 180˚C for 55 minutes until
golden and crisp on top and a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean.
