10-12 frozen mango slices 1 tbsp lemon juice A pinch of salt 10 gm of gelatin 1 ½ cup sugar 50 gm fresh cream
Preparation time – 8 minutes Cooking time- 30 minutes Servings- 2-3 persons Recipe
Take a bowl and add 2tbsp warm water and dissolve the gelatin. Keep this aside. Heat a pan and add frozen slices of mango Stir with cream, salt, sugar and gelatin Mix well and stir continuously Add lemon juice and stir again. Put the mixture in the bowl and refrigerate it. Your mango jelly will be set in 2 hours.
You can cut this jelly into any shapes. You can use aluminum molds of different shapes like heart, teddy, triangle, etc. to impress the kids and guests.
