WELCOME MESSAGE Dear student, Once again, we stand here before you
with an energetic team of dynamic candidates willing to present you another detailed manifestation of our vision for a better Junior College.
In the past two years, Pulse in KSJC managed to inject an innovative wave of
ideas, projects, events, policies and most importantly infrastructure throughout the Junior College. We promised change, and we delivered on our promises.
Following another sterling year of work, we're here to present another solid electoral
programme
targeted
at
staying true to our promises and creating various initiatives, services and tangible projects in the coming months.
We've managed so much together, here We Go Again.

Pulse in KSJC will organise the first-ever ‘A day with the Prime Minister’.
2.
Pulse in KSJC will initiate discussions with the Msida Local Council and the Ministry for Transport, Infrastructure and Capital Projects to install road signs leading to the Junior College.
3.
Pulse in KSJC will upgrade the Junior College Basketball court with new basketball rings.
4.
Pulse in KSJC will finalise the works done at the Junior College Games Room by retiling the current floor, giving it a more modern look to complement the recent installations.
5.
Pulse in KSJC will seek to promote further different methods of transportation by upgrading the current bike racks located within the College.
6.
Pulse in KSJC will commence discussions with the Junior College Administration to discuss the possibility of increasing the seating in the Junior College Library.
7.
Pulse in KSJC will explore the possibility of installing tents in the new 5-a-side ground.
8.
Pulse in KSJC will look into the possibility of installing outdoor plugs at ‘Ta’ Qali’.
9.
Pulse in KSJC will organise a Mental First-Aid Course as part of our
Mental Health Campaign in order to further increase our appeal in favour of mental health awareness. 10.
Pulse in KSJC will seek to assist the JC Orchestra by purchasing a new keyboard piano to be at their disposal.
11.
Pulse in KSJC will regenerate the current seating at the Junior College Study Garden.
12.
Pulse in KSJC will lobby with the Msida Local Council to refurbish and increase the seating outside Junior College.
13.
Pulse in KSJC will assist the Junior College Theatre Group ‘Teatru Kulleġġ’, during Freshers’ Week, the Christmas Show, Annual Soiree and other events and activities.
14.
Pulse in KSJC will re-introduce the Organisations Fund to assist organisations in their projects throughout the year.
15.
Pulse in KSJC will enter discussions with the administration to install non-slip stickers on the road leading to the main door.
16.
Pulse in KSJC will seek the possibility of installing a new water fountain at the ‘Buskett’ area.

Pulse in KSJC will continue to invest in upgrading the green areas around the Junior College, particularly the one next to the Tennis Court.

Pulse in KSJC will increase the amount of seating at the Junior College Games Room.

Pulse in KSJC will finalise the work done by previous councils by installing the rain shelter outside the Junior College.

Pulse in KSJC will seek to increase the amount of seating in Youth Hub.

Pulse in KSJC will invest in lockers in the Junior College Sports Hall.

Pulse in KSJC will install an outdoor chess on the Junior College grounds.

Pulse in KSJC will continue discussions with the Junior College administration in order to create a quiet study Area for all Junior College students.

Pulse in KSJC will continue on works started by this year’s council on the Junior College Sports Hall to refurbish the hall’s flooring.
26. Pulse in KSJC will commence a pilot project which shall seek to tackle
the current lack of lockers placed within the College. This project shall ensure that a fixed amount of lockers are bought per year.
27. Pulse in KSJC will come into discussions with the Junior College
Administration on the possibility of allocating a cloak room within the College.
28. Pulse in KSJC will further upgrade the current equipment at the
Junior College Games Room by purchasing a new table tennis accompanied by a new set of rackets, and purchase more PS4 video games.
29. Pulse in KSJC will purchase new curtains for the Junior College Games Room.
30. Pulse in KSJC will come into discussion to secure exclusive discounts for Junior College students purchasing a new laptop.
31. Pulse in KSJC will work to introduce the ‘KSJC Voucher Card’ which
shall include various discounts, specifically from nearby food outlets.
32. Pulse in KSJC will repaint both Study Garden and Pjazza. 33. Pulse in KSJC will discuss the possibility of increasing seating in the foyer.

34. Pulse in KSJC will work to re-introduce the KSJC Mobile Application, aiming to keep students updated on any work done by the council and various services offered. 35. Pulse in KSJC will build on the efforts done by last year’s council by working hand in hand with the IT Department to ensure a stronger WI-FI connection throughout the Junior College.
36. Pulse in KSJC will work with the Parliament Secretary for Financial Services, Digital Economy and Innovation to set up stands on iGaming and Cryptocurrency during the Annual Job Expo.
37. Pulse in KSJC will continue working on the current rebranding commenced last year by creating a new KSJC Logo design competition.
38. Pulse in KSJC will further promote the importance of basic First-Aid procedures by offering First-Aid courses to Junior College students.
39. Pulse in KSJC will increase signage around Junior College premises,
both indoor and outdoor, whilst setting up a more in-detail map in the College’s foyer.
40. Pulse in KSJC will commence discussions to partner with AirMalta on internships and other opportunities.
41. Pulse in KSJC will install roll-down rain covers to the tents at Pjazza.

Pulse in KSJC will reintroduce the ‘KSJC Gaming Tournament‘, consisting on widely popular video games such as FIFA & Call of Duty. 57. Pulse in KSJC, in collaboration with national sports teams associations such as the MFA, MBA and ASA will discuss the possibility on working together in the promotion of sporting events, namely the allocation of free tickets to certain matches and events. 58.
