building pedaments A year full of success! Last year’s electoral programme was an ambitious one ready to build strong foundations. An electoral programme which stands true today, thanks to a hard - working and determined council. During the past year we have tried to be there for each and even one of you, making it our mission to listen to your concerns. Concerns which we took at heart and tried to implement from what little resources were available. Pulse believes that actions speak louder than words, and your ideas help make our actions stronger than ever. It is therefore with pride and honour that this year we present these proposals. A manifesto for you to believe again in a council full of success.
