2. Proper Personal Hygiene:  Wear clean work clothes.  Wash hands regularly.  Keep your work areas,

surfaces, and equipments clean.

 Maintain personal cleanliness.  Wear hair restraints.  Wear proper aprons if required.  Wear gloves and mask.

3. Pest control management  Supervise all incoming foods,
