MORGAN’S BAY

T

Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

he Morgan's Bay range of wines is inspired by the remoteness of our great country and beauty of our ocean frontage. Crafted to offer approachable wines with an abundance of flavours that combine well with a wide range of food styles and enhance any occasion. Traditional blending partners Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were selected because of their flexibility with food. Cabernet Sauvignon provides up-front dark berry fruit flavour and cassis, with lingering soft tannins on the finish providing structure and support. Fleshy Merlot fills out the midpalate while oak maturation adds subtle, integrated oak influence.

The wine was then matured with oak before the winemaker selected the most appropriate parcels for blending and bottling.
