It's SpringTINI Time

Let’s Get Ready to Cocktail!

It’s spring in Paducah which in my opinion is the prettiest time of the year in western Kentucky. The flowers are blooming, the dogwoods look fantastic, and it’s not too humid. I’m ready to sip a refreshing drink at one of the many fantastic bars and restaurants in downtown Paducah. What could be better than the return of SpringTINI?!

Back in 2011, LivWell Community Health Services, which was then known as Heartland CARES, started a new fundraiser. SpringTINI is now their signature, annual event where participants sample handcrafted cocktails created by local bars and restaurants. During the pandemic, LivWell decided to pivot to SpringTINI with a twist (get it?) SpringTINI-To-Go offers individually packaged cocktails ready to drink. SpringTINI-To-Go has been a huge success and for 2022 organizers have elected to stay with this format.

Get Your Party Packs!

Plan your party now and place your order for your Party Pack! SpringTINI-To-Go kicks off on Thursday, May 26. Party Packs can be picked up between 4 and 7:30pm. They will be part of a cute and fun, commemorative zippered backpack. Each backpack will include signature martinis paired with snacks from Midtown Market, a $10 virtual auction credit, swag items from the event sponsors, including an event t-shirt, and information. Participants will be able to vote virtually on their favorite bartender and martini.

A Party Pack is just $50 and contains a selection of 10 – 12 cocktails in individual 2oz glass bottles – just pour over ice, shake and enjoy! The pick-up location will be outside LivWell’s Paducah clinic at 1903 Broadway Street.

Vote for Your Fav Bartender

LivWell is thrilled to be partnering with the following restaurants and bars to bring you some incredible martinis. These include 1857 Hotel, Café De Fe, Cynthia’s, Doe’s, Freight House, Grill 211, Paducah Axe, Strickland's Seafood, The Bully Gorilla Bar, and several more! You can vote for your favorite martini and support your favorite bartender. LivWell will also be hosting a raffle during the event. The winners of the raffle items and martini voting will be announced on Wednesday, June 1.

“SpringTINI has become our most successful fundraiser, said Donna Reeder, LivWell Executive Director. “The funds we raise allow us to advance our mission and to meet the needs of the community we serve. A successful event will allow us to provide needed items for our food pantry, education services, transportation assistance, medications, vaccinations, and testing kits.”

Sponsorships are the Key

There are several ways you and your business can help LivWell to continue its important mission. There are several sponsorship levels to meet every budget, from $5,000 to $250. Most include several Party Packs together with pre and post-event marketing, social media, the LivWell newsletter, signage, and logo placement. Each bartender will make a video and sponsors feature prominently. This year’s Title Sponsors are Skyy® vodka & NPS Pharmacy, and the Benefactor of Hope sponsors are Purple Toad Winery, Murray State University Social Work Program Dr. Fleenor-Ford, and Dr. Carl B. LeBuhn. For more information please contact Kyle Rodgers, LivWell Communications and Outreach Manager. 270.444.8183 x 2138, or email him at krodgers@livwellchs.org.
