Sister-in-laws Kelley Gorline-Mitchell and Olivia Hawthorne opened the boutique in February of 2022. If you think boutique clothing isn’t for you, think again. Just step inside, and you’ll be amazed at this store!

“This is more than a traditional boutique," Olivia told me. “We’re here to shake things up! Kelley and I talked about opening a store for six months. One day we said, Let’s just do it! Owning a boutique has always been a dream of mine. We are here to enhance your natural beauty and confidence.”

When you enter JuliAva Boutique expect to be greeted by a friendly face - likely Kelley or Olivia. Depending on the day and time, you might also meet two-year-old Juliet and sixyear-old Ava. These are Kelley’s daughters and the boutique is named after them. These tiny but mighty fashionistas are always excited to meet customers.

“I love the freedom of owning and creating something that is ours,” Kelley told me. “I’m able to bring my daughters to work with me and teach them the foundations of a good work ethic and leadership skills. Our family comes first. Having this flexibility is important to us. It means I don’t have to worry about daycare or missing out on school programs and field trips.”

“Customers don’t wander around the store,” said Olivia. “We give shoppers space, but love to help if you are looking for a personal shopper. Let us show you around and find the style you’re looking for. We have a big inventory of clothing and accessories. Everything from trendy casual to a fun night on the town. Our cozy loungewear is perfect when you’re ready to come home and unwind.”

A comfy combo of a flannel shirt and a jacket, a shacket is the perfect addition to your fall clothing. Vintage Havanna shoes are the most demanded tennis shoe on the market. “There is a bit of an age gap between the two of us,” explained Kelley. “I tend to gravitate towards the more mature clientele and Olivia relates well to the younger ones. We know not all generations dress the same way. Listening to our customers is very important. We carry products you’ll love to wear whether that’s bell bottom jeans or athletic wear.”
