When you search online for “healthy vegan breakfasts” you instantly get bombarded with porridge recipes. The health benefits of good carbs are generally known and combined with fresh fruit, proteins and some good fats can satisfy our hunger, fuel the body and even lift us out of our cranky moods. But why only stick to them in the morning? Our morning to night recipes are perfect for busy bees, comfort-seekers and money savers alike!

It takes less than 15 minutes to prepare a fresh, tasty and healthy bowl. Beat that late night cooking sessions!

You can experiment with expensive ingredients, but you can also keep it as basic as you wish. E.g. £1 porridge cartons and apples from the garden.
