Ingredients: 1 1 1 200g 200g 1

cucumber. green pepper. medium red onion. feta cheese. ripe pear tomatoes. handful of olives.

For the dressing, whisk together: 1 tsp of oregano. 1 tbs of red vinegar. salt and pepper to taste.

Methods: Cut tomato, peppers, cucumber, and onion, into the size you prefer. Cube the feta cheese and add to salad together with the olives. Toss the salad in the prepared dressing and mix well.
