PWS cannot accept the return of surplus paint-to-order product.

Although we strive to maintain consistency, as a painted product there will be batch-to-batch variances. PWS cannot guarantee an exact colour match between orders. We do not recommend mixing doors ordered through paint-to-order with doors ordered from stock.

Important Note: 1909 is constructed from a solid alder frame with ﬂush joints. 1909 doors, in common with all other timber products, are subject to movement with changes in moisture levels in the environment. This movement may be expressed in the form of a hairline crack (also known as a ‘whisper line’) in the paint surface along the line of the joints. This is a natural characteristic of smooth painted timber furniture and does not represent a product fault. Whisper lines can be treated by over-painting, please see page 116 for our care and maintenance kits.
