Due to the bespoke nature of paint-to-order products, it is not possible to cancel or amend orders once placed. Additions to an order will be processed as a new order.

Orders for painted product will be despatched upon completion of the full order. No part orders will be despatched.

PWS cannot accept the return of surplus paint-to-order product.

Although we strive to maintain consistency, as a painted product there will be batch-to-batch variances. PWS cannot guarantee an exact colour match between orders. We do not recommend mixing doors ordered through paint-to-order with doors ordered from stock.

RECOMMEND HINGE: Use either BLUMOTION hinge 71B3550 with DB.181.619 spacer or BLUMOTION hinge 75B1550. IMPORTANT DRILLING GUIDANCE Due to the centre panel thickness and delicate stile/rail detailing, it is recommended to drill to a maximum depth of 11.5mm for hinges to avoid breakthrough in the front face of the door. Care should also be taken when attaching cabinet internals to the rear of the door such as wirework, bins, drawers and appliances.

Top Box drilling is available for door heights between 280-720mm high (Top Box application must be specified at the point of order).
