Hi, I’m Emma, Brand Manager at Second Nature.
I manage all things marketing when it comes to Second Nature from social media, new brochures, website, events and more! I also manage your showroom profiles on our Second Nature site, and your fantastic real kitchen projects.
This year I am also excited to have my first baby due in Summer – a little girl!

Hi, I’m Jordan and I am your Second Nature Sales & Service Manager, I am an additional level of support for our retailers.
My role is to bridge the gap between sales and marketing, ensuring that you the retailers get hassle free service and support.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED HERE?
I have worked at PWS for almost 3 years now, starting out as a Digital and Social Executive before being introduced to the Second Nature partner programme.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE KITCHEN RANGE / COLOUR / DESIGN?
I love our Crathorne in Taupe Grey set that shows off our beautiful Ultra HD worktop material, Strata Tempest!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED HERE?
I joined the group in 2018 as trainee business development, since then I have had several roles within the business.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE KITCHEN RANGE / COLOUR / DESIGN?
When I first joined the industry I loved modern kitchens, since then I have done a 180 and I love traditional kitchens. Mornington vale in regiment with black false butt hinges and black knurled handles is my favourite at the moment.

We were thrilled to work with Second Nature retailer Bulldog Kitchens and Bedrooms on a photoshoot for a real kitchen project.
Our in-house photographer captured some fantastic images for the retailer and our own social media. Plus, Brand Manager Emma also took social media content for reels and stories.
The reel was posted on Second Nature’s Instagram and received a fantastic response from end-consumers.
