To begin, fill out an application. If it meets our criteria, we will arrange a call to provide you with additional details about our product.

Once you receive mortgage pre-approval from one of our approved lenders through a third-party licensed mortgage broker, you will be able to secure Pyramine's highest down payment contribution. Pyramine's contribution can range from 5% to 15% of the buying price, with a maximum limit of $250,000.

When co-purchasing a home, the percentage of the down payment contributed by each party corresponds to the percentage of equity they possess in the home. This determines the distribution of the home's appreciation when it is sold.

For instance, if you provide 40% of the down payment while Pyraminecontributes 60%, your stake in the home's available equity would be 40%.

The funds that we invest in your home are not a loan to you; we purchase a share in the property's prospective value. Hence, there are no monthly payments or interest charges.

MAINTAIN THE HOME LIKE A TRADITIONAL HOMEOWNER

As the beneficiary of living in the home, it is your duty to ensure that it is adequately maintained and that the related expenses are paid. As co-owners, we share the desire to maintain the home's worth and safeguard our investments. While it is your obligation to maintain the home, we provide a free home maintenance service to help you detect any issues in advance and ensure that everything is functioning correctly.

PERSONALIZE THE AREA TO YOUR LIKING.

You are free to make minor modifications to your home without any restrictions. For significant upgrades, you may even be eligible for a renovation credit. This implies that if the renovation boosts the value of the property, we will reimburse you for some or all of the expenses when the house is sold.

PYRAMINE OFFERS CO-OWNERSHIP FOR UP TO 30

Pyramine offers a co-ownership model where we can jointly own a home for a maximum period of 30 years, but you have the freedom to sell the property or propose to purchase our portion at any point in time. It is worth noting that our co-ownership arrangement is particularly suitable for those who intend to sell the property within the initial decade. This approach enables you to enter the housing market, expand your investment, and avoid sharing a substantial portion of the home's appreciation with Pyramine over several decades.

SELL YOUR HOME

Once the house is sold, your mortgage's principal payments will be deducted from the sale earnings and reserved for you before dividing the rest between us. In essence, this guarantees that the funds you have contributed to your mortgage are secure, irrespective of whether the property appreciates or not.

Once all necessary revisions have been made, the remaining profits will be distributed based on our respective ownership proportions. Upon the sale's conclusion, you'll receive your mortgage payments in addition to the augmented value of your original down payment. Pyramine will be entitled to the increased worth of our down payment investment. If the property's value remains stagnant or depreciates, we will bear the loss on our investment, and you won't have any obligation towards us.

Similar to our assistance during your home purchase, we'll give you access to top agents, resources, and services during the selling process. The profits gained from the sale can also aid you in purchasing your subsequent property, and we could even collaborate with you as cobuyers.
