After years of watching clients not receive the tailored attention they both deserved and required, Sugarman knew he had an obligation to serve them better. With that goal in mind, SugarTime, Inc. was established. David’s relationship with clients was developed after noticing that many celebrity clients were not receiving the tailored attention they deserved and required.
