Justin Krashefski Shares Tips on Staying Fit Justin Krashefski has always been a fitness addict. Ever since he was a little kid, Justin Krashefski’s social life suffered from a lack of desire to engage in the destructive or dormant habits of his fellow peers, and gave much of his adolescence to a vigorous workout routine. Justin’s regiment involved daily repetitions in weight lifting, running and swimming that kept his cardiovascular health at peak performance and his body tuned to that of a professional athlete. Once his body started reflecting the aspects of all his hard work, he realized he didn’t need drugs or destructive behaviors to attract potential dates. Not only did his carved biceps and toned abs attract the attention of the fairer sex, but it also helped him throughout his professional career. Once he graduated from high school he knew he had to find a career that would harbor his tendency to work out. The military was the perfect option for him, allowing him to upkeep his workout routine, and even add more to it. Justin Krashefski says you should never stop looking for ways to push yourself to the next level, and that’s exactly what the Coast Guard did for him. The Coast Guard taught him to keep going, no matter how good you think you are. Justin Krashefski believes finding and maintaining a support group is also important for success in staying fit. Despite his childhood alienation and devotion to fitness, Justin Krashefski realizes that he is a special case, and not so many people are as motivated to stay fit as he. He learned that making friends who will support you is the best way to have another party involved to keep your goals on track and protect you from yourself at the times you need it most. In order to achieve your goals, find friends who have similar goals and feed off each other’s approaches to get the best outcome. Lastly, Justin Krashefski wants all current or aspiring fitness enthusiasts to never give up. Giving up can be the easiest way to fail or the hardest, according to Justin Krashefski. He says that acceptance of failure in the face of possibility is a character flaw that no one should ever allow to be a part of their mentality. Stay strong, stay fit and do that extra rep, even when it feels like your arms might collapse. Taking water breaks is always acceptable.
