TRAVEL TIPS WHEN TO GO

Hawai‘i offers warm and sunny weather year round. The average sea temperature ranges from 25°C to 29°C allowing for great swimming weather all year long. May to October is hot and humid, so lather on the sunscreen and enjoy the many water activities the islands have to offer. November to April brings the wet season creating Hawai‘i’s rich, green, tropical environment. This season is the best time for avid surfers as large ocean swells create Hawai‘i’s legendary big waves.

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT REGIONAL AIRPORT

All travellers must carry a machine readable passport valid for at least six months beyond the date of departure and obtain the Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) prior to travel, see www.cbp.gov/esta for more details. The Resort Fee is to be paid by you, in US Dollars, when you check-out of your hotel unless otherwise specified. Properties that do not charge a Resort Fee feature a ‘No Resort Fee’ symbol on their listing in the brochure. Some apartment style properties charge a Mandatory Departure Cleaning Fee which is to be paid directly to the hotel by you upon check-out, these are noted on the property listing and may vary by room category. All fees and their inclusions are subject to change at any time.
