ET2.3 INSULATION INSPECTION - THIS INSPECTION IS PERFORMED AT A “ZERO TOLERANCE” STANDARD, MEANING NO VOIDS, GAPS, COMPRESSIONS, MISALIGNMENTS, ETC.). ET2.4 “BLOWER DOOR” - AIR INFILTRATION TEST. THIS TEST IS CONDUCTED TO CONFIRM THE HOME HAS BEEN SEALED TO THE CIP STANDARDS. ET2.5 INFRA-RED THERMOGRAPHY SCANNING - A COMPLETE INFRA-RED THERMOGRAPHY SCAN OF EACH UNIT TO ENSURE THE INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING ENVELOPE HAD NOT BEEN DISTURBED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. ET3 2ND TRIP - FINAL ENERGY: FINAL ENERGY - THIS INSPECTION IS TO ENSURE THERE HAS BEEN NO DISTURBANCE IN THE ATTIC INSULATION. IT IS ALSO TO ENSURE ALL WEATHER STRIPPING HAS BEEN INSTALLED AND THE CORRECT TYPE OF LIGHTING HAS BEEN INSTALLED. ET3.1 “BLOWER DOOR” - AIR INFILTRATION TEST.
