From February 2 to 5, Mandarin Oriental, Doha is hosting Executive Sous Chef Efe Anıl Çetin and his team from Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum for a four-day promotion from a regional tour to prepare signature dishes of Turkish cuisine at Mosaic restaurant.
The chefs will delight guests with their culmination of knowledge and experience of Turkish cuisine that is famous for its varieties and diversity.
The menu includes Mezzes and starters like Mahluta Lentil Soup and Aegean Artichoke Dolma. The main courses include Seabass Pilaki, Saray Köfte, Yoğurtlu Kebap and Poached Pear besides familiar favourites and Turkish desserts like Walnut Kadayif.
Executive Sous Chef Efe Anıl Çetin and his team lead some of the finest culinary brigades in Turkey having worked in various renowned restaurants. Guests will enjoy this menu at Mosaic restaurant which serves dishes that are inspired by the origins and flavours of the ancient Silk Route prepared in nine live cooking stations. Mosaic will now take guests on a stop to Turkey for a truly unforgettable journey of diverse culinary flavours.
The menu is available from Thursday, February 2 to Sunday, February 5 for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 11pm. On Thursday, February 2, the menu is served for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and on Friday, and on February 3, the menu is served for dinner from 6pm to 11pm. n

Jamie’s Italian Doha marks 5th anniversary
On January 21st, Jamie’s Italian Doha commemorated its 5th anniversary through a series of fun festivities. The celebration showcased the best flavours of Italy. Diners revelled in crispy pizzas, indulgent mains and perfect plates of pasta at the worldfamous restaurant. As a special treat for the venue’s loyal fanbase, their top 15 customers were invited to join the celebration alongside top influencers in the region. During the event in the Doha Festival City-based locale, live performers filled the air with serenades to entertain guests throughout the day. Known for handcrafting fresh pasta, the chefs at Jamie’s Italian had a demonstration to showcase each step to create the perfect spaghetti, linguine, and ravioli — to name a few.
