WELCOME
Welcome to QB Conference 2024: Multiply.
I am so glad that you have put some time aside to gather together as a QB Movement, to celebrate all that God is doing in our churches and ministries. And God is moving in our Movement. Young and old are being saved! Godly leaders are being raised up! Disciples are making disciples and churches are planting churches! We have so much to be thankful for and I know that God is not finished with us yet. I believe that as we worship, pray and open Gods Word together over these next few days, He will stir faith in our hearts to see His ministry, His message and His miracles multiplied across our Movement.
The heart of God has always been to multiply. Jesus commanded 11 ordinary people on the side of hill to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I commanded you” (Matthew 28:1920). As they obeyed this command, the Good News of Jesus multiplied in their community and throughout the world. Today is our turn to share what God has entrusted to us and to see it multiply in our communities.
Your presence at QB Conference 2024 matters to all of us. You have a story to tell that can encourage others, and a prayer to pray that will bring hope and healing to the person beside you. Please share your stories and pray with others at every opportunity. Most importantly, I know that God is present with us. I am praying that we will all have a personal encounter with the living God and go back to our communities, filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, to serve Him faithfully and fruitfully in this season.
I am so glad that you have joined us for QB Conference and I am believing that God will move in a powerful way, as we unite together in prayer as a QB Movement!
God bless,
Jason Elsmore Director of the QB Movement

We’ll chat about the significance of nurturing outstanding leaders in today’s ever-changing world. MULTIPLYING THE MESSAGE
with Steve Meharg
Ocean Room South
Join Steve as we discuss ways to create a culture of evangelism for ourselves and our churches. It’s so easy for the difficult task of evangelism to be avoided because of fear and busyness. However, with a clear and attainable strategy and it can be one of the most life giving aspects of our individual and church life.
MULTIPLYING MIRACLES
with Jo Leutton & the Riverlife Team Conference Centre 1
The life of Jesus was marked by a demonstration of the power of God, and by His Spirit, He empowers us to be about the same things. As a church community, we’ve intentionally sought to make space for the miraculous power of God to be at work in all of our ministry. From salvation, to healing, to hearing the heart of God to encourage and call people to Himself, God’s work is always miraculous and brings Him glory. One of our biggest challenges can be moving from agreement to activation, and in this elective, we want to give you the opportunity to wrestle with the biblical foundation of miracles for today, and move into activating your ministry team to be about God’s supernatural work in this world.
WEDNESDAY
11:15AM - 12:30PM
We mobilise ordinary people for extraordinary community transformation
Our vision is to see people in tough places flourish through one-to-one mentoring, financial wellbeing and empowering communities.
COACH Network provides community strengthening programs that empower individuals and families, breaking generational cycles of poverty and family breakdown.
We equip local churches with effective tools to deliver support, create belonging, and empower people in their local communities.
We have seen a developing awareness that walking alongside those doing it tough is an opportunity for the local church to be the hands and feet of Jesus and see families flourish in every area of their lives.
