VESPER

Link & Pin, from the team behind Duckworth’s and The Cellar, brings Charlotteans the same quality of food and drink, but with new twists. Find the team in the Arboretum, in Huntersville and at their original South End location. The menu at all three is chock full of delicious small plates and mains with a diversity of tastes, and of course, a standout craft cocktail menu. The Vesper has a fun history: Also known as the Vesper Martini, it’s a drink invented by, and subsequently made famous by, James Bond author Ian Fleming.

Link and Pin’s version centers around Uncle Val's Gin and Social House Vodka. Topped off with Cocchi Americano, an aromatized wine, and then finished with Boston Bittahs and a twist of fresh lemon, it’s a strong, slightly sweet, bitter beverage with a whole lot of class.
