China & Tibet Dream Tour - April 12th to 28th 2015 Journey to Shangri-La “the journey of a lifetime... ...a life changing journey”
Experience the magic and mystery of Tibet and SW China. Join us for the adventure of a lifetime - a timeless journey - of connecting with ancient cultures, authentic wisdom - hidden kingdoms - peace and serenity, beyond the fast pace of our modern world. Our China and Tibet Dream Tour is the Journey to Shangri-La. The imaginary land depicted in the novel Lost Horizon by James Hilton has become synonymous with a remote, beautiful, imaginary place where life approaches perfection. Some say that it can be found in sacred Tibet. Others say it is in the hidden valleys of SW China, in the ancient kingdoms and pastoral villages of the Himalayan foothills in Yunnan. Some say the Journey to find Shangri-La is the most rewarding adventure you will ever make. And once you have fond it - then you may discover it anywhere - in a cup of cafe latte or yak butter tea - or in your own heart! Mark Johnson and Rebecca Kali will personally lead this tour. We have over 40 years of experience in sharing our passion for China’s incredible heritage and cultural sites and teaching Taiji, Qigong and Taoist Neigong. A friendly relaxed atmosphere, comfortable lodging, excellent cuisine, and personalized care are hallmarks of our tours. (Tour Highlights and Schedule on next page)

Eight Extra Meridian Qigong/Tai Chi is one of the most effective and powerful styles available today. It clears the body of toxins, stimulates the flow of Qi through the meridian system and balances the nine chakras found only in Daoist Qigong. The Eight Extra meridians are the first to form in a developing embryo and it is believed that Qigong and subtle-energy practices that involve the Eight Extra Meridians can effect and reprogram your DNA. Mark developed Eight Extra Meridian Qigong/Tai Chi from the insights he gained after practicing and teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for over 40 years. With regular practice, it addresses most of the main causes of today's health problems. Sessions end with time set aside to allow integration of your three energetic bodies. The genuine state of balance and vitality that practicing this form creates results in students leaving class with a sense of profound well being. The Program of Qigong, Tai Chi and Meditation - for beginners to advanced professionals. Designed to be comfortable and very approachable for those with no previous experience and also interesting, rewarding and well worth the time for advanced professionals and those who are somewhere between. Interests and needs of individual trip members contribute to a custom designed program which includes: Foundations of Qigong; Eight Extra Meridian Qigong; Healing Sounds and Colors; Internal Alchemy; Brain/Memory Stimulation Techniques; Medical Qigong for Healing Yourself and Others; Daoist Meditation and Practices for Longevity.
