How to create and Schedule Sharepoint Permission Report Facing problems to set permission in your Sharepoint Environment? Follow this simple and useful way which help you a lot to set and scheduling permissions. The First step you have to register your SharePoint Online site or SharePoint On-premises and to start press Sharepoint from the top of the application menus and select the site to run the report on.

Select the Sharepoint Site and Right Click and choose to Create Report and Select Permission Report Option.


Set the parameters in Create Permissions Report and Set the job name which makes sense o the type of report.

Select the URLs or Url to Scan


you will need to press the OK button in the picker to save the values. Now you need to either confirm the current credentials or set them as needed. To do this expand the Credentials option by using the Show arrow on the right.

Select the type of Authentication you wish to use If you have not set any security previously.

The Security tab gives you easy access to previously ran Permission reports, by accessing the Reports link, and selecting either All List Permissions, All User Permissions, All Unique Item Permissions and All Site Collection Administrators. This gives you a screen where you can view the raw data in a different format other than the selected output for the job. You can also re-group the data by dragging the column headers, as well as modify the column header data by right clicking on the header. Grouping the results allows you to take the results and make it easier to view.
