Merino sheep have the finest and softest wool available. Wool is naturally technical, as the fibers allow the fabric to breathe, retain heat, resist moisture and is soft to touch. The natural choice for Airhole.
Flannel is loosely woven from soft fine yarns without a nap. Many generations have successfully used flannel to make apparel and now it’s technical and fashionable traits make it perfect for Airhole.
Sports teams throughout the world choose polyester mesh for their athletes because it has the ability to mold to the body, remove moisture form the skin and retain heat. Airhole brings polyester mesh to our athletes.
Bonded polyester combines a technical poly mesh with an ultrasoft poly backing to create a warmer, less bulky mask.
Heavy weight polyester interlock is used in the balaclava masks. The heavy weight keeps the weather out and holds the heat in, yet allows the moisture to escape.

The most luxurious fabric in the line up, Cashmere goat wool is fine, strong, light and soft. It is extremely warm and perfect for extremely Airhole.
Polar Fleece
Also known as micro fleece the lightweight, fine, soft fibers expel moisture and retains heat. This synthetic fabric has been used in fashion and sports for years, now is available in Airhole.
AIRHOLE’S
The polyester leather gives the aesthetic of leather without the care issues or cost, plus it has the technical advantages in weather.
Drytech is a high-tech fabric developed by Airhole which quickly moves mositure to the outer layer of the mask, away from your skin, where it can quickly evaporate. The result is that you have a dry, warm fabric against your face.
Airhole has put many fabrics through vigorous tests and is proud to use this specially produced technical brushed polyester for the layer that touches the face. It is warm, soft, breathes, expels moisture and retains heat.

MASK FITTING:
Airhole masks are one size fits all for the Bandit and Tie Up Series. The unique design and materials allow flexibility to fit all. The Standard, Standard2, Pullover and Clava Series are available in S/M and L/XL. S/M is designed for youth and women while L/XL is designed for men.
AIRHOLE:
The Airhole signature design expels moisture, retains heat, eliminates goggle fogging, and allows for uninterrupted breathing and hydrating from camel packs or water bottles. Bandanas or multiple hole masks do not have technical abilities or style like the Airholes.
RAIN/ SUN/ SNOW/ WIND:
Airhole masks are designed to help protect your face from the elements. Winter sports activities bombard your exposed skin with rain, snow, sun, and wind. The Airhole mask provides a barrier against these destructive forces using a weather resistant outer shell and a warm soft lining against your face.

Heat loss from the head is significant and prolonged exposure will result in hypothermia. The face is a significant part of the head and is often neglected when dressing for snowboarding.
