TERMS AND CONDITIONS: TRAVEL INCENTIVES Platinum Star Fly-In Incentive! Hawaii Vacation Package for Two (Economy Class)! 1. An Independent Representative (the “Eligible IR”) who successfully achieves the following conditions pursuant to the Policies & Procedures and Compensation Plan of QNet Ltd. (the “Company”) shall be entitled to a four (4) days and three (3) nights tour (the “Tour”) inclusive of a Hawaii Vacation Package for 2 (Economy Class):! (a) Attains the Platinum Star payout rank; and! (b) Maintains the Platinum Star payout Rank for a period of two (2) consecutive quarters upon achieving the said payout title rank; and! (c) Maintains the Platinum Star payout rank for another period of four (4) consecutive quarters. This means that an IR should maintain a total of seven consecutive quarters under the Platinum Star payout rank. ! 2. The travel dates for the Eligible IR shall be within a prescribed period as determined by the Company at its sole and entire discretion (the “Prescribed Period”).! 3. The Eligible IR shall provide the Company with the preferred travelling dates within the Prescribed Period set out in Clause 2 herein, at least within thirty (30) days from the preferred date of departure.! 4. The Company will determine the flight and accommodation availability on the preferred travelling dates. The Company will then finalise the travelling dates (the “Scheduled Dates”) as follows:! (a) If both the flight and accommodation are available, the Scheduled Dates will be the preferred travelling dates; or! (b) If either the flight or accommodation is unavailable, the Company may determine alternate travelling dates where both the flight and accommodation are available, which are closest to the preferred travelling dates as the Scheduled Dates. !

5. The Eligible IR agrees that, upon accepting the Scheduled Dates presented by the Company, he/she is bound to travel on the Scheduled Dates. Any changes made by the Eligible IR to the flight, accommodation and other relevant travel arrangements shall incur charges that will be borne by the Eligible IR entirely.!

6. All flight bookings shall be made by the Company upon receiving the Eligible IR’s confirmation of acceptance of the Scheduled Dates. The Eligible IR acknowledges that all flight bookings made shall be in Economy Class with an airline designated by the Company. !

!

7. All accommodation bookings shall be made by the Company upon receiving the Eligible IR’s confirmation of acceptance of the Scheduled Dates. The Eligible IR acknowledges that all accommodation bookings made shall with a hotel or resort designated by the Company.!

!

8. The Eligible IR acknowledges that the Tour is exclusive of food and beverages, unless the same is included in the accommodation package offered by the hotel or resort designated by the Company.!

!

9. The Eligible IR shall ensure that he/she and the travelling companion holds a valid passport and visa (if required) prior to accepting the Scheduled Dates. Any fees or costs incurred in applying or renewal of passport and visa shall be personally borne by the Eligible IR.!

!

10.The Company shall not be liable to the Eligible IR for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to flight delay, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes, material shortages, mechanical difficulties, riots, acts of war or other hostilities, governmental regulations or activities, fire, earthquakes or other natural disasters.!

11.The Eligible IR agrees that this Tour and/or its related travel incentives are strictly non-transferable and non-convertible into cash, e-card, e-vouchers or product(s) of the Company. !

12.In the event that an Eligible IR fails, neglects or delays in securing any booking during the Prescribed Period pursuant to clause 3 above for reason(s) whatsoever, his/her entitlement under this Travel Incentive shall lapse and cease to have any effect. There is no compensation in money or in kind to the Eligible IR once his/her entitlement has lapsed. !

13.The Company reserves all rights in updating and changing this set of Terms and Conditions without prior written notice. !

14.This set of Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.!

Diamond Star Fly In Incentive 3-day European Cruise for Two (Business Class)!

!

1. An Independent Representative (the “ Eligible IR”) who successfully achieves the following conditions pursuant to the Policies & Procedures and Compensation Plan of QNet Ltd (the “Company”) shall be entitled to a three (3) days and two (2) nights cruise (the “Cruise“) inclusive of a European Cruise for two (2) persons (Business Class):! (a) Attains the Diamond Star payout rank; and! (b) Maintains the Diamond Star payout rank for a period of four (4) consecutive quarters upon achieving the said payout title rank; and! (c) Maintains the Diamond Star payout rank for another period of four (4) consecutive quarters. This means that an IR should maintain a total of nine consecutive quarters under the Diamond Star payout rank. ! 2. The travel dates for the Eligible IR shall be within a prescribed period as determined by the Company at its sole and entire discretion (the “Prescribed Period“).! 3. The Eligible IR shall provide the Company with the preferred travelling dates within the Prescribed Period set out in clause 2 herein at least thirty (30) days from the preferred date of departure. ! 4. The Company will determine the flight and accommodation availability on the preferred travelling dates. The Company will then finalise the travelling dates (the “Scheduled Dates”) as follows:

(a) If both the flight and accommodation are available, the Scheduled Dates will be the preferred travelling dates; or! (b) If either the flight or accommodation is unavailable, the Company may determine alternate travelling dates where both the flight and accommodation are available which are closest to the preferred travelling dates as the Scheduled Dates.!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. I am trying to achieve the Gold Star rank but I have problems in receiving RSP. What am I missing?
 
 Check your BV. To earn RSP, you need to maintain 120 PBV from repeat product sales to Retail Customers or purchases for personal consumption per quarter.!

2. I have just achieved the Platinum Star rank but my payout remains at USD 250 when it should be at USD 275 already. Why is this?
 
 To earn the Platinum Star step commission payout, you need to achieve Platinum Star rank advancement requirements and maintain for another two (2) quarters. If you have achieved the Platinum Star rank advancement requirements, but have not yet maintained the required rank maintenance requirements, you are not yet eligible to receive the Platinum Star payout. !

3. I have already received USD 275 Step Commission as Platinum Star. Why am I receiving USD 250 again?
 
 Please check your rank maintenance status. You might have missed one or more requirements. This causes your payout rank to be demoted to the lower rank.!

4. Does this mean that I can earn as low as Bronze Star payout if I continuously get demoted?
 
 If you registered as an IR and migrated to the QNET Compensation Plan as a Gold Star BEFORE 17 April 2012, the lowest payout rank you can get for nonmaintenance is Gold Star payout rank. If you have registered as an IR ON or AFTER 17 April 2012, the lowest payout rank you can get is Silver Star rank.!

5. If I do not maintain my rank, will my title be also demoted to the next lower title rank?
 
 No. Only your payout rank will be demoted but your title rank will remain. You will always have the highest title rank that you have achieved. QNET Achievers’ Club Manual

 An eBadge is an online shareable content. It explains – through a tiny image – any message, causes joined, affiliations or achievements through a logo that you can attach to your photo. !

2. I received my Gold Star pin in VCON but I want to be also recognized locally. Is it possible?
 
 Yes. Please get in touch with our Global Support Centre to inform them that you want to be recognized locally. You will be asked to bring your Gold Star pin to the event.!

3. I achieved the Platinum/Diamond Star rank for the first time, how can I get my incentives?
 
 Our Global Support Centre Staff will contact you. Please keep the contact numbers that you have registered in our database open.!

4. I achieved the Platinum/Diamond Star rank for the first time, why am I not getting the trip incentives?
 
 Please check your rank advancement requirements. Please note that you would also need to fulfill maintenance requirements to achieve the rank:
 
 Platinum Star rank - Achieve Platinum Star rank advancement requirements and maintain for another 2 quarters.
 
 Diamond Star rank - Achieve Diamond Star rank advancement requirements and maintain for another 4 quarters.
